Don't let the facade of this hotel fool you. While the frontage is a 4-floor building, majority of the hotel rooms are located at a much taller building behind the frontage. The reception has a free coffee machine for guest, which is a rarity for Chinese hotels (especially if not 5-stars). I wish the reception was more brightly lit. There is a Halal restaurant next to the hotel, so if you must eat Halal food, this hotel is perfectly located. The room has adequate space for 2 person to put 2 big luggage, with plenty space to hang the winter clothing. The insulation is good, heater is warm, water pressure is strong with sufficient hot water when you need it. There's one odd thing about the heating in this hotel. The floor is heated, which is good prima facie, but the guest cannot control the temperature. So if the window is closed when you sleep at night, the heated floor ended up radiating heat all over the room to the point it feels like a 30C charcoal sauna when you wake up in the morning. One special mention must be made about the breakfast. The dining area looks relatively spartan but the dishes would surprise you. It serves Salmon, Fish Eggs and one Cantonese delicacy ”Buddha Jumping Over the Wall”, which was a total surprise as we didn't expect a Cantonese dish to be served here so far in the northwest of China. I appropriated 2 bowls of Buddha Dish for one morning, enough said. I would absolutely come here for breakfast again. If the hotel could fix the control for the floor heating, that would be great !

일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 천수역 앞이고 주변에 식당, 가게가 많고 음료 살 곳도 많아요. 맥적산 가는 34번 버스 타는 곳이 가깝고 천수고성 가는 버스도 근처에서 탈 수 있어요. 숙소가 깨끗하고 방이 넓고 좋았는데 세면대에서 하수구 냄새가 너무 심하게 났어요 프론트에 얘기하니 방을 업그레이드해서 바꿔줘서 편하고 쾌적하게 잤습니다. 조식 포함이긴 한데 아주 간단한 메뉴 몇가지라서 큰 기대는 하지마시길..그래도 간단히 아침 해결하고 외출하긴 좋았어요. 서비스, 위치, 청결도 모두 만족합니다

酒店環境優雅，服務專業貼心，前台服務熱情周到,特別有耐心，辦理入住快捷從入住到退房全程高效順暢。周邊交通便利，門口有大型的停車場，而且免費停車。設施配套完善，整體品質感很強，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適柔軟，房間寬敞明亮，房間裏一股淡淡的清香味道，非常好聞，隔音效果不錯，總體給人一夜好眠。性價比高，這個價格居然能住到這麼好的酒店非常棒，必須給好評，強烈推薦。。。

El personal fue amigable y útil en todo momento. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y la cama estaba cómoda. Ha hecho una estancia de noche como es suficiente para visitar las vistas. Recomendaría este hotel.

Excelente ubicación si usas la estación de tren rápido; si no, aprovecha la recogida en el hotel. Nosotros no lo hicimos y el taxista dio vueltas y finalmente nos dejó en otro hotel con un nombre parecido. No hay restaurantes cerca, pero el hotel puede encargar que un robot te pida comida y te la entregue en la habitación. La habitación estaba limpia, tenía una distribución interesante y un gran ventanal. Las instalaciones eran buenas; la sopa de fideos con carne para desayunar (junto con otros platos) fue, como ya se ha dicho, excelente, y el servicio de Lawrence (nombre anglosajón del gerente) fue excepcional. Además de tener conversaciones interesantes con este angloparlante (algo novedoso en los hoteles chinos), también nos pidió taxis y nos organizó el viaje para nuestra visita al Monasterio de Lobrang.

This is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

There is free parking and entry from parking lot directly to lobby, which is super convenient. The restaurant on the 2nd floor is nice and managed to provide us some vegetarian options like tsampa with mushroom, yoghurt, milk soup with tsampa grains. The room is huge. There is automatic lighting at the sink area which is outside the toilet. There is star light on the ceiling. The curtains auto close. Although outside is cold, the room temperature is just nice and not cold if you don't open the windows. The view is of the opposite street. The toilet can flush automatically. The shower knob for hot and cold has to be pulled out to operate. Temperature can be adjusted finely. The hotel is close to some Muslim restaurants which provide good and cheap food with vegetarian options. There was also a Sichuan restaurant where we ate. There are also grocery stores nearby. What we didn't like was 1. Only one time use towels available for hand and feet. Only two small bottles of water provided a day and up to two more only if we ask. Toilet paper roll is very small and we use it all up before morning. The second day housekeeping, the bed was not made and towels were not changed.

Los wontons y las tortillas estaban cocinados a la perfección, la fruta estaba fresca y jugosa, y había una amplia selección de platos fríos y calientes, aperitivos locales e incluso fideos de arroz y wontons. El restaurante también estaba limpio y luminoso, con un amplio comedor. La experiencia gastronómica fue excelente, aunque era un poco temprano para desayunar, así que no pude levantarme. La ubicación también es excelente, a solo cinco minutos a pie del Templo Fuxi. Hay deliciosos restaurantes de malatang y pescado gordo cerca, y está cerca de atracciones y zonas comerciales.
