We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

My friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!

Hotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

second time staying here. Assigned room 222 Mattress that closest to the bathroom sagging from overuse is caused by the gradual breakdown of internal materials like foam, coils, or latex due to repeated pressure. It needs to be replace as it cause back pain. Breakfast is nah:( Mold on the cheese) please check. I liked the nightshift receptionist. very polite and easy going.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The room was a reasonable size with a nice layout, but the cleanliness was just average. Overall, it didn’t really feel up to the usual Four Points by Sheraton standard, and after checking in I understood why its price on Trip.com is noticeably lower than other hotels of the same category. It was fine for a short two-night stay, but next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try another hotel in a similar price range for comparison.

La ubicación del hotel es muy remoto, pero también se puede caminar a áreas comerciales como Midtown, la habitación es nueva, super grande y caliente, la microondas, el frigorífico y la máquina de café son completos, la higiene también es muy buena. El desayuno es un estándar de Holiday Inn Express, la nutrición es suficiente para comer y inundar el problema, Pero es bueno comer, el desayuno del restaurante puede ser envasado, muy popular. Cuando me fui, me encontré con la recepción, y fui el único chino que se quedó en el hotel en los últimos años.

Amazing property and staff. I stayed for five days and felt like home. The room was big and clean. I got the 8th floor and a good view from my room.

Hotel en Rijana Downtown. Las instalaciones son buenas, el entorno es bueno y el transporte es conveniente. Vivía dos días en total. Dos grandes camas, dejando a una tres personas descansar muy bien.

La habitación es pequeña, la puerta del baño se volvió a la mano.

Tenía un matrimonio para asistir y la novia necesitaba cambiar en nuestra habitación teníamos que reservar la noche anterior para asegurar la habitación lo suficientemente temprano para que la novia se preparara para su gran boda de día fue a las 1 pm y la recepción fue informada pero no lo haría no se impresionó ninguna concesión distinta del pago de un día extra completo
