國慶節假日出來遊玩，來到了寧夏中衞，選酒店的時候，各個平台都對比，最後看見小紅書推薦了這家酒店，就抱着試試的心態，訂了他們家，我是在入住前一天接收到了他們的電話，問是否需要免費的接機和送機或者是接站，德智形成之後，也是立馬進行了安排，酒店很不錯，位置相對來講比較安靜一些，晚上可以睡一個好覺，工作人員也非常的熱情，一進門的話就遞上了茶水，最值得一提的還是他們的早餐，一直到11點鐘才結束，尤其出來比較玩，這樣就不用早起了，也可以吃一個早餐，包括晚上如果不想出門，他們仨樓還提供一個免費的晚安粥，可以直接去用，入住體驗很不錯，值得五星好評

Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer.

En general, la estadía es muy satisfactoria. El hotel Wanda Tsuihua está en la vanguardia del hotel de lujo local y es una opción segura para viajar por la familia. El hotel está en el centro de la zona de Jinjiang, a unos 12 minutos de coche de la estación de Jinjiang, y el transporte y la oficina son convenientes. The room is big and amenities all great! The only thing is room is under central air conditioning. At this season, hotel yet to turn on the air conditioning to cold. The room temperature is 27 Celsius degree and is way too hot for a hotel room.

Our trip to Tengol Hotel in Ningxia was an incredible experience! The hotel’s service and organization were seamless. Before and during our stay, adding their WeChat butler service made everything super convenient—they easily helped arrange our room and organized room service whenever we needed it. Upon arrival, they took care of our luggage and gave us a ride right from the check-in counter to our room in a comfortable golf cart! The best part of staying at Tengol was that all the signature desert experiences were included. They gave us free vouchers for a professional stargazing lesson at night, as well as an exciting jeep tour through the sand dunes! Experiencing the desert sunset and stars made this a truly unique luxury trip. Booking through Trip.com was fast and hassle-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a complete desert getaway!

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

前台服務人員Amanda 真誠，房間舒適，整個酒店大堂簡約摩登風格，早餐🐯經理熱情指引用餐，酒店剛剛開業很新。設施設備很齊全，酒店大堂還有喝鮮啤，真不錯。白天距離我商務出差辦公的地方很近，酒店周邊吃飯也很便捷，樓下還有麥德龍超市。真的很便捷

The hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in. When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code. The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries. I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. Well done and thank you for your excellent service!

Decidimos de última hora venir a Zhongwei con los niños y reservamos este hotel. ¡Al entrar en la habitación, nos quedamos impresionados! Las instalaciones son completas, y además se puede nadar, los niños están encantados. ¡Muy recomendable!
