Excellent location where you can walk nearly everywhere - and there's a metro right down the block. Cean rooms (though some old stains on a couple things were found). Reception and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is cute, the koi pond reception area is such a nice little touch to a trip. Beds were comfortable and room cleaning was fast and detail oriented. Only issue I found was the water fluctuated in temperature from very hot to very cold constantly, so showers were a bit uncomfortable. I would consider staying here again.

Nice, comfortable suite. The place was clean, very cozy bed, and amenities included an iron, hairdryer, small fridge, and highly efficient AC. The bathroom was functional, good shower pressure, plus toiletries and towels provided. Daily cleaning is available on request; just let reception know. Location couldn't be better: just meters from the metro, with supermarkets, shops, and a pedestrian street full of food options right nearby. Breakfast is basic but sufficient: bagels, waffles, bread, muffins, cereals, plus juice and coffee. It won't wow you, but it gets the morning started. Overall, very cost effective.

El hotel está situado cerca de la iglesia de San José, visible desde la entrada, a tan solo 10 minutos a pie. La calle frente al hotel es la principal de la zona, repleta de restaurantes, supermercados y mercados, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La estación de metro está a solo 2 o 3 minutos a pie; el trayecto en metro hasta el casco antiguo dura aproximadamente media hora, y un taxi cuesta alrededor de 20 dólares canadienses. Reservé una suite superior, que básicamente era un apartamento de una habitación. La habitación había sido renovada hacía apenas dos años; aunque los materiales eran sencillos, era relativamente nueva y limpia, y estaba totalmente equipada, incluso con ollas y sartenes. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant by IHG and genuinely couldn’t have picked a better spot. It sits right in the middle of the village pedestrian area, so everything is walkable — restaurants, activities, the gondola, all of it. No shuttle buses, no planning required. Just walk out the door and you’re in it. The hotel itself was great. Rooms are a good size, comfortable, nothing to complain about. There’s underground parking which you pay for daily, so just keep that in mind. But the real highlights? The outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — perfect after a full day on your feet. And the breakfast. I’m not being dramatic when I say it was exceptional. Unlimited hot food, coffee, tea, juice — the kind of spread that makes you linger way longer than you planned. The gondola up the mountain had no queues whatsoever — we just walked on. Interesting quirk: you can only buy a return ticket or a one-way going down. You can’t buy a one-way going up. Still not sure why, but it didn’t matter. The views from the top were stunning — lake and forest in every direction. And at the summit, there’s a restaurant called Le Grand Manitou. In ski season I imagine it’s packed. We had it almost entirely to ourselves. We sat by the window, had a meal, and just looked out at the mountains. One of those simple moments that sticks with you. The village has plenty of restaurants too — Italian, Japanese, noodles — and lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Everything is incredibly clean and easy to get around.

I stayed at Travelodge during my trip to Quebec last weekend, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located a bit far from Old Quebec where most attractions are, but the area is calm and quiet, which made it relaxing. There were a few small issues at check-in — I was first given a room that wasn’t ready and was double-charged by mistake — but the friendly hotel staff quickly fixed everything with great service. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had a nice view. There’s an IGA supermarket nearby, and a Korean restaurant right next door that was excellent. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay outside the busy city center.

My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal from April 3–5, 2026 was an overall very positive experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Old Montreal and nearby attractions without any hassle. The suite-style rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a full day out. I especially appreciated the separate living area, which added a nice touch of comfort and privacy. The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature, offering a solid variety of hot options like eggs, meats, and potatoes, not just a basic continental spread. It definitely set a good tone for the day. The evening reception was another highlight the happy hour drinks were excellent, with a great selection and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. Staff were helpful, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the hotel can get a bit busy during peak hours, especially around breakfast time, but that’s expected given its popularity. Also the parking was a bit pricey . Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Montreal. I would gladly stay here again.
