호텔 직원분이 정말 친절합니다. 다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 4층 걸리신 분들은 조금 힘드실 겁니다. 나머진 정말 좋았습니다.

This is the first time ive ever left a negative review, but i think its warranted. Impossible to watch the tv as it just refuses to connect to the wifi. The smart tv therefore is useless. It seems that this hotel books school trips so all the children were running down the corridors shouting and moving from room to room which was annoying when you had to wake up early for tours. The bed was very uncomfortable and i didnt like how the cleaner left every window open after cleaning, this let so many flies into the room which was annoying. However, staff at reception were nice and helpful, and the location is really good.

The reason I picked this hotel over the fancier ones is because I read “customer service review” and the main guy (I forgot his name) is the personification of customer service. He assisted with everything: laundry, daily breakfast, Early AM Airport taxi, suggestions….I stayed in single room,it was fine…strategically located in my opinion: not far from market & tour agencies, not far from cable car station + opportunity to experience La Paz (paceños) local life & commerce in the area. Highly recommended!!!!!

Very friendly staff. Walking distance to old town and cable car. Good shower, clean room and decent breakfast. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They prepare takeaway breakfast as we have to leave for Uyuni early in the morning. Special thanks to Carmen - an excellent communicator and helped us with our travel requests.

La habitación no es grande, la higiene es buena, aunque los camisones son viejos, pero limpios, el servicio de recepción es muy bueno, cuidadosamente entusiasta y tratar de satisfacer las exigencias adicionales de los huéspedes. Salir es la entrada del coche de la línea amarilla. El punto actual del desayuno. Una buena agua caliente, hay una solución para lavar el pelo, la flor es un poco pequeña, lo que hace que el agua no se desagüe.

great hotel! It is located near mercado de las brujas. The guy at the reception was very kind and willing to help us. If you are sensitive to noise, it would be a little bit hard. Overall, I strongly recommend this hote!!

Me alojé dos noches en una habitación doble con dos camas. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. La habitación tenía el tamaño perfecto para dos personas, con una mesita y sillas pequeñas y espacio suficiente para dos maletas. El baño contaba con ducha y WC separados, y se proporcionaban champú y jabón desechables. El agua de la ducha estaba caliente y con buena presión. El secador de pelo de pared también era nuevo. El wifi del hotel era excelente y rápido. El desayuno estaba incluido, y cada persona podía elegir un tipo de huevo (tortilla, huevo frito, etc.). Había pan, tostadas, café, leche, fruta, etc., y el ambiente era muy agradable. La recepción estaba abierta las 24 horas, lo que la hacía muy segura y cómoda. Había ascensor, lo cual fue muy práctico para quienes llevaban maletas grandes. También se podía guardar el equipaje después de la salida. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí si tuviera la oportunidad.

Hotel bonito , estilo colonial , realmente una hermosa joya . Sólo por la parte inferior es un poco de ruido en la noche, y la zona de la noche es un poco escéptica  La comida y las bebidas eran buenas
