Un verdadero espectacular estancia en Fairlawns Boutique Hotel La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Todo detalle desde los muebles de más hasta las vistas del jardín tranquilo contribuyó a un sentimiento de relajación sin esfuerzo. El servicio durante toda mi estancia fue impresionante. Si se trataba de ayuda con equipaje, recomendaciones de comida o simplemente un comprobado amigable ‑in para asegurarse de que todo estaba perfecto, el equipo se ha entregado con continuidad con profesionalismo y encanto. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Es el lugar ideal para descansar, ya sea por la piscina, en el spa o simplemente caminando por los jardines. La cena en Fairlawns fue otra destacada. La comida estaba bien presentada y llena de sabor, con un menú que equilibra la creatividad y el confort. En general, el Fairlawns Boutique Hotel ofrece una mezcla excepcional de lujo, privacidad y hospitalidad. Mi estancia en la Villa Suite fue inolvidable y recomendaría este hotel sin hesitar a cualquiera que buscara una escape refinada y restaurada en Johannesburgo.

El hotel está clasificado en 5 estrellas, pero las instalaciones son bastante medias. La habitación de tamaño real estándar es menor que la que tengo experiencia en algunos hoteles si es el rango. No se encuentran vasos de agua en la habitación. El servicio de habitaciones es muy lento y a veces su llamada sólo seguirá transferiendo entre servicio de habitaciones y recepción si necesita algo. Si ordena comida en su habitación, tiene que pagar inmediatamente. No cuesta hasta que se eche un vistazo. Hay un restaurante, un café en el hotel. Puedes ir hasta el restaurante más cercano para tu comida que está a 800m. La piscina está ahí, pero tienes que llevar tu propia toalla. El día que llegamos, había una fiesta de cumpleaños alrededor de la piscina con música alta. Nos hemos evitado ir al lado de la piscina. El brillante de zapatos está en el lobby y si se limpian sus zapatos, tiene que pagar como el compliment y ese complemento comienza con un mínimo de 100rand. Para mí es un hotel medio y bien por unos días. After a long day I was getting ready to have a hot bubble bath only to find out that there was no hot water. The maintenance staff came to check and casually told me to wait 40 minutes for the water to heat up. It was so late and I was so tired. We ended up having to move to a different room with hot water, only to find out later that night that there were monkeys on the roof making so much noise throughout the night and there was very loud music going into the night from a neighboring property. Safe to say we didn't get much sleep. Not to mention the food we ordered from the restaurant was horrible, the fish was not fresh and the chips were undercooked. The salad was also terrible. We didn't even bother to stay for breakfast after it had taken more than an hour to get someone to fix the broken hair dryer and deliver my pillow which I had left in the previous room. The staff clearly do not care. Our spa treatments were also not that great. I'm quite disappointed as I've heard such good things about this place and I won't be returning. The location is great but for the price I don't think its worth it.

El hotel es una de mis estancias favoritas. I loved everything about this hotel. I got drinks menu on arrival which was served free of charge, wasn’t expecting that in South Africa🤪🤪 Check in was super quicknand smooth, beautiful room with proper amenities. The hotel is in a good location sorrounded by nature. The services was 10/10, with super friendly and helful staff. I was impressed by the breakfast options and the restaurant itself….stunning and aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t like their cocktails menu🥺🥺 they don’t have classic ones. 90% of their cocktails are made with sminorf 18/18 which isn’t cool. Overall, this is a great hotel and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay and truly experienced some of the best hotel service of our entire South Africa trip. The staff went far beyond our expectations — always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made us feel so welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, giving us great peace of mind while exploring the area. We also loved the room design — beautifully styled, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, making it a perfect place to relax after a day out. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I arranged four king-bed rooms at this hotel for my guests. Unfortunately, their experience at the hotel restaurant was quite unsatisfactory. During the meal, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only our table present. Despite this, service was noticeably slow and inattentive. After the starters were cleared, there was a long delay before anyone followed up regarding the main course. Even after ordering, plates were not brought in time, and the overall pace of service was unusually slow. Under such circumstances, it was difficult to understand the reason for the delay. Access to the Big 5 located so close to Pretoria is a major advantage. Roads are well maintained and signposted. The venue offers game drives but you can drive in the park yourself - 4x4 vehicle recommended. Golden Impalas offers South African hospitality like no other with fantastic staff and all amenities provided.
