Wij verbleven 2 nachten in een kamertype: studio. We kwamen vroeger aan dan de voorziene check-in tijd maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We konden ons omkleden en de bagage werd veilig bewaard aan de receptie (en nadien door een medewerker naar de kamer gebracht). Via een persoonlijke SMS werden we op de hoogte gebracht wanneer de kamer klaar was. Aangezien we toen niet meer in het hotel waren werd de code en procedure duidelijk uitgelegd om later vlot in te checken via huisnummer 115. De studio was ruim en voorzien van alles zoals voorgesteld tijdens de reservatie. Voor de rokers is er een ruime aparte 'patio'. Hier kan je rustig roken en je eigen drankje consumeren zonder de 'niet-rokers' te storen. Zowel in de kamer, kitchenette en badkamer was de hygiëne prima. Op de gang is er tevens een automaat met enkele drankjes, snoep, chips, tandenborstel,... voorzien. Dit hotel voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen van een 3-sterren product. Het uitchecken verliep vlot en wederom hartelijk en vriendelijk. In de kamer was het geluid van de straat wel hoorbaar maar dat wisten we op voorhand gezien de ligging van het hotel (bij een volgende reservatie vragen we misschien een kamer aan de binnenzijde). Een hotelkamer in het echte centrum van de stad heeft dan weer andere geluiden. Het hotel is bijzonder gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het centraal (trein)station en op 20 minuten te voet ben je in hartje Antwerpen. Bij een volgende uitstap naar Antwerpen zal onze keuze snel gemaakt zijn en kiezen we voor Arass Hôtel & Business Flats.

La habitación está bien, pero al no tener el baño separado se hace un poco incómodo. Además solo pasan cada 4 días a limpiar y retirar la basura lo cual puede ser un poco molesto. Tampoco hay cafetera o pava eléctrica como para poder hacer un café. Y las camas eran un poco iniciadas. Recomendado por la ubicación y solo para estar estadías súper cortas.

Over het algemeen fijn verblijf gehad bij tulp in! Alleen we werden sochtends wakker door de luide schoonmaaksters op de gang, en er zat een soort van gele vlek op de muur. Voor de rest prima hotel voor een enkele nacht daarnaast enorm vriendelijk personeel en ook de mogelijkheid om onze bagage te stallen toen we voor en na het in-/uitchecken toen we even de stad in wilden. O

Nos ha encantado. La habitación muy confortable, cálida y bonita, la cama súper cómoda. Cerca de la estación central y del centro (5 y 10 minutos caminando). Relación calidad precio muy buena, además tiene una cafetería donde se desayuna rico. ¡Muy recomendable!

Beautiful hotel, smells gorgeous as soon as you walk in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!

Appartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed. NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

Buen hotel en una buena ubicación. Lamentablemente, no había sábanas ni fundas de almohada limpias al llegar. Tras solicitarlas, nos las cambiaron. Además, se suponía que la habitación se limpiaría dos veces, pero no fue así. Nos alojamos cuatro días y la política es que la habitación se limpie después de dos noches de sueño. Esto no se hizo. Por lo demás, un buen hotel.

We just returned from an four nights incredible stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel. From the moment we arrived with our 5-year-old granddaughter, the service was top-notch-friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is located right across from the Antwerp Central Station offering maximum convenience. The family room was perfectly arranged and will absolutely be returning.

Está muy cerca de la estación de tren; se tarda unos 5 minutos a pie desde la salida. A pocos minutos a pie se encuentran la calle peatonal, el mercado, el ayuntamiento y la catedral. El desayuno era algo limitado en variedad, pero todo sabía auténtico, especialmente la salchicha a la parrilla: ¡estaba increíblemente aromática y deliciosa! 😋😋

Nice location — the cathedral is right in front, with a lovely view, and most of the main points of interest in the city center are within walking distance. The apartment itself is nice, with an oven, WiFi, and several beds. There are also lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and it is not as noisy as some reviews suggested. That said, there are a few things to improve. Check-in is a bit inconvenient as you have to walk around 17 minutes to get the key — the process could be made less painful for guests. The hot water was not working during my stay, and cleanliness, , was not the strongest point.
