La habitación es muy buena, el jefe también es muy bueno y ofrece un desayuno muy rico. También es conveniente ir a todas las atracciones turísticas. También está muy cerca de la ciudad. ¡La sensación de vivir en general es muy relajada!

Bastante aceptable para un viajero con presupuesto ajustado, pero el lugar está un poco anticuado y le vendría bien una reforma. Los baños son diminutos y los grifos gotean (imagínense dormir toda la noche con el sonido del agua goteando).

We booked the executive room. Room was pretty spacious, good service, few bathroom amenities were missing but all in all it was good.

Con el salón, el fuego de la lluvia hace que el lago San Clare cale mucho calor. Nosotros cuatro nos quedamos. El aislamiento no es bueno. Si usted lleva suficiente comida, este hotel es muy cómodo. No hay Wi-Fi en la habitación, el salón puede ir a una recepción muy lejana. Muy hermosa casa de madera forestal. Hay tiempo para caminar alrededor del lago.

Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

Great location, clean and cozy I forgot to submit the ID for the check in progress but they are very helpful and help me to process although it was late (flight delay coz us reached at midnight) Really appreciate it.

The services was excellecent. The recption lady are helpful. A good hotel. I recommenced. The lake is in front the property. Huge parking.

Wonderful Location and one of the best rooms in Launceston... It's really nice facilities up here and love everything about this one.

Not bad hotel. But there were no tea bags, no milk. Cutlery looks extremely poor. All was from different set, some from hiking set. Also a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. To fix these problems will cost almost nothing, but it will improve the impression. And the final problem is parking. If you return late, there will be no parking place for you.

Food was great! Book a table so as not to miss out. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was quiet. No complaints. A good old fashioned pub!
