Me iba a dormir después de salir de Hallstatt. Buena elección, el alojamiento es satisfactorio. Pero realmente no hay nada alrededor. Ese supermercado común... Se recomienda comprar comida con antelación y traerla. La insonorización fue un poco decepcionante. Puedo oír todo en la habitación de al lado ********* ¿Es realmente mejor...?

The location is really convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the bus station, plus there’s a tourist information center nearby. It made it super easy to check bus schedules and get around. Visiting around late March to early April was special because we got to experience two different seasons in one trip—still snowy like winter, but with hints of spring starting to show. It felt quite unique. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Hallstatt. I’d happily book it again on my next visit

Este hotel tiene una gran vista al lago y es muy conveniente porque está cerca del cubierta de barco para el viaje a Hallstatt. Creo que podrían hacerlo aún mejor proporcionando una caldera de agua caliente en la habitación que sería perfecto para tomar una bebida caliente durante el tiempo frío.

Visibly clean, but dirty if you looked close (moldy shower). In the standard double that I stayed in, you will get two (only 2) outlets in your room and neither will be near the bed. You will have one trashcan in the bathroom that is smaller than a gallon/two liters. Other than that, not horrible. The restaurant is very expensive if you’re traveling on a budget (€40 Weiner schnitzel, so I would recommend finding something else to eat. If you plan on having more than a coffee for breakfast, definitely get a breakfast plan st the hotel. It is about €12 a morning and a cappuccino will run you about €8 euros in the resturant. A breakfast plan gets you whatever you want in the resturant in the morning for free!  If you’re planning on exploring the area, you’ll definitely want a car or bike, do NOT rely on public transit or you will end up paying a lot for taxis. You also cannot rely on uber because you’re too far away from Salzburg.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

Ich war nur 7 Stunden im Hotel - einchecken, schlafen, auschecken - für so einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ok. Bei längerer Aufenthaltsdauer würde ich mich anders entscheiden

This hotel really elevated our trip in the surrounding area. The room came with a nice environment, a shared kitchen for reheating food, with a nice dining area with great Mountain Views and. All the rooms have heating and AC, and the hotel was also very close to the train station. The hotel owners are also always eager to help you. the highlight of this stay was when Jasmin helped us plan our activities during our stay, with an annotated map and local insight. This really saved us from headaches and research regarding our visit to the area.

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and its convenient location close to the motorway on our route towards Slovenia. Parking was easy, and the self-check-in via the automated machine was quick and trouble-free. Everything was exactly as expected, making it a very good choice for an overnight stop during a long journey.

The hotel has very nice breakfast and the hotel is monument time. The hotel is located right beside the shopping street which is very convenient with a lot of food choices before the shop is closed. It is also served by a tram system that can bring you to the train station overall a very nice hotel to stay with friend.

Muy agradable estancia. Check in easy. Una gran cantidad de estacionamiento y host es extremadamente amable y hospitalario. La propiedad está cerca del supermercado y la cocina que no está abierta el domingo. Recuerde que el ferry a Hallstatt desde Obertraun no corre en invierno. La habitación está muy bien.
