The location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

The best thing of this hotel is location, not far from Innsbruck HBF (5 mins by walk or 1 bus station). You will see the big gate at inter-junction. And just 5 mins by walk to downtown and any tourist attractions. *****The most important thing is operation time of staff in only 7-11am and 3-7pm!!!! There are no any staffs with not operation time, so the door was lock. I had to walk back to train station for my luggage storage and pay more €20, tired and wasted the time. Please check your time to come for check-in at hotel***** The room is a bit tiny and loud from traffic outside and bell-ring from church. Staff were so nice and keen to help. Breakfast was very nice with variety of choices, such as; Cereal, Yogurt, Coffee, Cocoa, Tea, Milk, Bread, Ham, Cheese, Jam, etc. I love it!

El centro de Innsbruck era tan caro que elegí este hotel. No habría problema si tuvieras coche de alquiler, pero sinceramente, la ubicación es un poco complicada si no lo tienes. ㅠㅠ El hotel me dio una tarjeta de bienvenida o de transporte público al registrarme, pero tardé 30 minutos en llegar a la ciudad en autobús. Aun así, el personal de recepción fue muy amable, ¡así que solo tengo buenos recuerdos de Innsbruck! Quizás por eso no me arrepiento de haberme alojado en este hotel. Fue solo un poco incómodo, pero lo pasé genial. ¡Gracias!

Rooms were clean, spacious and great that it had a small kitchenette. Service was excellent and the gym/sauna was good enough to be used. Was about a 15mins walk from the train station and 20mins walk from the main area/old town. Other than the location, everything else was great.

This place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺

Like the balcony in the room, nice scene that you may view the mountain top and house onto middle of the hill. Facility there is quite good even the hotel is not new build. Breakfast is enough and under good environment. Only the problem is the staff offer me four story room, that it is hard for a-60-lady to bring her luggage up to the room without lift. Luckily, I may store my luggage in previous hotel, to solve it.

La ubicación del hotel es la más conveniente para la estación de tren de Innsbruck. El espacio es demasiado pequeño. Además, no hay caldera disponible. Se solicita agua caliente en el bar de café 13/F. Fue un poco de ruido desde la estación de tren. No se ofrecen bolsas de café y té a los clientes que se quedan en el hotel durante la noche. No se ofrecen billetes de movilidad a los clientes no como Salzburgo. No hay suficientes puntos de socket en la habitación. La ventana de pantalla de la ducha es demasiado corta para evitar que el agua salga en el piso del baño.

Beautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

The Staff allowed early check in before 12pm as there was available room. While the location is great (just opp the central train station), it is a bit noisy at night as my room faces the train station. There were people talking loudly on the streets even at around 11pm. Not sure if it helps if one were to ask for a room which faces away from the train station though. Amentities in the room was basic but breakfast was pretty good.

El hotel está en la frontera entre Austria y Suiza, cerca de las Alpes, y el entorno es muy bueno. Reserva una habitación de tres personas, el hotel da dos habitaciones, la habitación es muy grande, muy limpia, además de equipos de cocina. En el restaurante occidental del hotel, ¡ha pedido dos comidas occidentales de pescado de salmón y carne de vacuno de salmón, el sabor es muy bonito, ¡haga un elogio!
