Нас заселили в номер категории ниже зарезервированного, в два раза по площади. Увидели мы это уже на следующее утро во время уборки номеров. Мы обратились к менеджеру отеля, но тот в грубой форме ответил, что отель полный, переселить нас не получится и вообще не сотрудничает напрямую с трип.ком Никаких компенсаций и извинений от отеля не последовало, спасибо, что трип.ком на жалобу частично вернул денежные средства за номер Не могу рекомендовать этот отель ввиду крайне низкого сервиса.

У отеля 4 звезды, но в номере нет ни кофемашины, ни тапочек, ни халатов. Местами отель требует ремонта. Все бы ничего, если бы ценник не был таким высоким. 20 тысяч за ночь (самый дешевый номер с видом на дорогу) - очень дорого, на мой взгляд. В районе отеля поблизости нет ни магазинчиков, ни кафе (кроме тех ресторанов, что на территории отеля работают), что бы куда-то добраться, нужно ехать на такси(но это не проблема, ценник довольно гуманный). Недалеко находится огромный торговый центр. Завтраки в отеле были неплохие. Так же у отеля 2 бассейна, на 1 этаже с видом на океан и Кейптаун и еще один на крыше. А еще до этого были в 6/7 отелях и апартаментах в Кейптауне и других городках и везде были приветственные напитки (где-то соки, где-то вино), в некоторых фрукты или сладкое, во всех были кофемашины, но в этом отеле ничего этого не было. А еще из минусов, в номере прям над кроватью, сыпется побелка/штукатурка. Не приятно.

Elegant hotel in Paternoster, perfect for few nights stay. The team is really kind and helpful. The villas are brand new, well decorated and very comfortable. The swimming pool is a real plus ! We will come back without hesitations.

Great Stay for a Convenient & Comfortable Airport Stopover I stayed at Hotel Verde for just one night to catch my early flight, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service was punctual and easy to find ~ making my airport transfer stress-free. My room was very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of Table Mountain, which was a nice bonus! The restaurant exceeded expectations ~ both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff and shuttle drivers were all friendly and accommodating, which made my short stay even more pleasant. Considering the free shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and overall sense of safety (especially important as a solo traveler), the price was definitely worth it. I’d happily stay here again before a flight and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Krystal Beach Hotel boasts a unique architectural design seamlessly immersed into its surroundings. It’s like a Cruise Ship with bigger spaces. The rooms are well designed and maintained. The staff are professional. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The Hotel could do better with their breakfast buffet menu. Once you have your first breakfast, there is no motivation to go for breakfast on subsequent days because the food options aren’t spiced up on different days. Just the same menu and average at best.

A very friendly welcome at this hotel. Room a good size but rather dated. The noise from outside was not too bad. The noise from other guests in the corridor outside the bedroom at 3am just awful.

超出預期的好，酒店就在桌山腳下，服務熱情，非常有禮貌，酒店樓上有酒吧，可以看夜晚的桌山和市內夜景，非常美，早餐定製的，非常好。房間乾淨整潔，設施設備非常新。下次來還會繼續入住。

Sehr schöne und stylisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Schöner Garten und viele Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen. Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage.

The hotel is in best location to see table mountain and visit Cape Town. Our room on the 14. Floor is so big and luxury. The personal in Taj hotel are all so friendly and helpful, they try their best to satisfy the guests. The food and wine are fantastic!
