Buena estadía. Atención muy amables y todo. Las habitaciones para ser de alto precio, muy sencillas, para el dinero pagado. Con vistas fatales. Porque se hizo la reserva con dinero extra por vistas a la bahía. Hemos venido desde Madrid- España y el único inconveniente ha sido que el coche del parking vino golpeado y no nos dieron solución.

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

My weekend stay at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City was a great experience. The atmosphere at the hotel is fun, energetic, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The tropical indoor pool area and nightlife really give the place a unique vibe, especially at night. The room was comfortable with nice views, and the casino offered plenty of entertainment options. I also liked how convenient everything was, with restaurants, bars, and activities all inside the resort. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back for another weekend in Atlantic City.

El vestíbulo del hotel es bonito y parece un hotel con todos los servicios. Sin embargo, sigue siendo un poco peor que todos los Marriott en los que me he alojado (incluidos los de otras ciudades de EE. UU.), lo que se refleja principalmente en las instalaciones y la calidad del servicio en la habitación. En general, estoy bastante satisfecho. Para el desayuno, solo se puede elegir continental o americano, que es un poco simple, pero está bien. El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto en línea recta, pero después de comprobarlo, me di cuenta de que si caminaba, tendría que dar un rodeo por la carretera exterior (más de un kilómetro), así que decidí tomar el transporte gratuito. Se dice que el autobús pasa cada 15-20 minutos, pero esperé 18 minutos en el viento frío del aeropuerto :-(

No había control remoto para el televisor. Llamé al servicio de habitaciones. Pedí un control remoto y lo recibí aproximadamente media hora después. El control remoto no funcionaba. Llamé inmediatamente a recepción durante aproximadamente una hora y no hubo respuesta.

The pool deck offered sweeping ocean views, the workout facilities were pristine and well equipped, and the drawing room felt like a serene escape, ideal for a quiet morning coffee or an evening unwind with a book. Dining was a true highlight. The bar delivered outstanding cocktails crafted with precision, and the Mother's Day menu stood out as a memorable culinary experience, beautifully plated and full of seasonal flavor. Service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Asbury Ocean Club delivers genuine five star hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.

Had a ruff start to the planing of this trip but Trip.com made it right. It was a great overnight stay. Thank you trip.com. Can’t wait to do my next trip.

The room was clean. Not obviously luxurious. Just nice regular room. Hotel is not family friendly as they have only inside pool available. And kids not allowed in the jacuzzi. And no jacuzzi in the outside pools that were very basic. View from room was good. As external windows were cleaned. I don't understand why they nickel and dime you by charging for the parking. As the golden nuggets next door have free parking. A good option in AC but nothing special. We spend all our time away from hotel as it was easier to be at the beach all day and play at the Caesars casino instead. Probably makes no difference to them as the casinos might be related. If they have a more kids friendly pool we definitely have spend all day in the hotel and enjoy the casino as it was a good one.

Well located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

Este hotel es increíble por este precio.No se puede encontrar más barato que cerca de esa ubicación. * La ubicación es grande 20km+ de Manhattan * Muy limpio hotel. * El desayuno y el personal son adorables * Sólo Elevador necesita modificar, el baño necesita renovar y cambiar era viejo. En general, mi expresión es grande sobre este hotel.
