優點：酒店的位置不落，看落日很美，植物很漂亮，像一個大花園。soaj很舒服，面對大海。缺點：房間設施有點陳舊，服務一般，房間的mini bar 和落日紅酒是收費項目，標識不清楚，我們以為都是免費項目，幫客人叫出租車費用很高。總體評價：酒店整體一般，不值3000多的價格，性價比不高。

My stay at Samawa Living was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I felt an incredible sense of warmth and care from the staff. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel so safe and seen, which made the experience even more special. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d like to give a special thanks to Kadogo, Hashimu, Baby, Asha, and the rest of the amazing team who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their genuine kindness and attentive service stood out in every interaction. The location of the hotel was perfect – close to the iconic Paje Beach, with convenient access via buggy, so I could enjoy the beauty of the area while still retreating to the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The boho vibes of Samawa Living were stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a cosy and serene environment. From the delicious meals to the immaculate rooms and tranquil ambience, everything about Samawa Living exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay in the Paje area, I highly recommend it.

This is my second trip to Marea (previously under another name but with the same owners). I only want to talk about how much I like it if you all promise not to book in for the same weeks that I visit again. It’s quiet, which I love, but within walking distance of busier Paje. The rooms are clean, well-sized, have aircon, fans and cute balconies. Some of the rooms have just been redesigned, and I know there are more upgrades in the works. It has a wonderful Neapolitan restaurant, which is helpful because you don’t ever feel like you *need* to hunt for other food. It has a perfectly sized pool which never feels crowded, and not being in the centre of the resort, doesn’t come with lots of eyes gazing in your direction. Most of all, the staff are fantastic. They always have a smile and a kind word. Service is good and easy. It’s a great find for those looking for a boutique family run resort that also doesn’t break the bank.

Our stay at Ycona Zanzibar was absolutely incredible. The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Any time something wasn’t available, they would find a way to make it up to us with something even better. The entire team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and caring. They represented the warmth and hospitality of the Zanzibari people in such a positive way, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The resort itself was beautiful, luxurious, and had a very upscale feel while still being comfortable and relaxing. The food was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Ycona team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend Ycona to anyone visiting Zanzibar.

It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah. You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down. Absolutamente nos encantaba nuestra estadía en Kwanza, mi madre y yo tuvimos el mejor momento. Fuimos saludados por Caroline, que siempre tuvo un sonrisa. Lucky era tan agradable y útil con nuestros bolsillos. Ahmed siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar con todo y todo. Этот отель заслуживает отдельного внимания, особенно для тех, кто хотел бы отдыхать премиум класса, но лимитирован в бюджете. Виллы шикарные, просторные, все приватно расположены с садом и собственным бассейном. Соседей не видно и не слышно. Чем-то напоминает Мальдивы, только там такие номера стоят тысячи долларов. Территория большая, ухоженная, очень чистая, по ней приятно гулять, тот, кто за ней ухаживает заслуживают золотой медали. Охрана отеля в виде воинов Масаи , очень необычно, придаёт свою изюминку. Панорамный открытый ресторан. Виды потрясающие. Пляж чистый, приватный, кроме гостей отеля никого нет, песок белый и мягкий. Океан чистый. Время отливов и приливов удобное. Приливы рано утром и после обеда , когда солнце уже не агрессивно. Возможно нет такого разнообразия в выборе блюд, но зато вкусно. На завтраки свежевыжатые соки. Пусть не так вышколен персонал, но это отражено в стоимости. И все равно большое им спасибо. Очень понравилось и очень рекомендую.
