Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

El alojamiento era simple pero muy limpio. Un poco fuera de la carretera principal tan tranquila en mi habitación. Buen baño. Muebles un poco fechado. Bed v cómodo. A/c funciona bien. Refrigeración y microondas v útil. Lavandería en el sitio barato. Distanza fácil de caminar a la estación ferroviaria y a la ciudad La zona se sentía segura. Personal útil cuando se preguntan las cosas.

Es más conveniente quedarse aquí para jugar con la nieve en Friegerstaf. El hotel no ofrece desayuno, estacionamiento gratuito, ciudades turísticas y la diferencia de precio entre la temporada alta y la temporada baja es bastante grande. La temporada alta es más del doble.

Hotel in good location. Room is very sizable. Front desk very professional and efficient. Slight poor insulation from noises.

The service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a bar on the east side that appeals to some really loud and obnoxious people. They were drunk and yelling in the street all night long. We slept very little for the entire stay. On top of that, the hot water went out during the first night, and th temperature was in the teens. The staff did give us a credit for that, but it didn't help enough to make me want to return there ever again.

No hay habitaciones disponibles cerca del Gran Cañón, así que reservé una al azar durante el viaje. Hay mucha comida cerca y Wal-Mart es muy conveniente. El único inconveniente es que el ventilador del baño suena un poco fuerte.

While the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the beds in the room were so uncomfortable. The mattresses were way too hard and felt like a spring was trying to poke through. There were small flying bugs constantly in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep.

Clean and no smell. The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.
