Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

Yo reservaba el tipo de habitación en el segundo piso de Trip, pero en el escenario dijeron que los huéspedes del segundo piso estaban llenos, un poco perdido en este momento (porque el primer piso es más humilde, y también estamos un poco afectados por el sonido de los pasos arriba y fuera), pero el personal de la instalación también nos pidió una cerveza y iba a la Gran Canyon mañana por la mañana. Pero la oficina no funciona ni se retira de la habitación, por lo que se debe dejar la tarjeta de habitación en la habitación y dejar un mensaje para que los funcionarios de la habitación ayuden a retirarla.

Limpieza, TV de habitación tiene medios de comunicación de vídeo como Netflix, desayuno es el estándar normal gratis. El único problema es que hay una fábrica de alimentos cercana. El hotel tendrá un sabor extraño fuera de él, y no hay habitación

We stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast. I didn’t give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area.

Es más conveniente quedarse aquí para jugar con la nieve en Friegerstaf. El hotel no ofrece desayuno, estacionamiento gratuito, ciudades turísticas y la diferencia de precio entre la temporada alta y la temporada baja es bastante grande. La temporada alta es más del doble.

El hotel era agradable, la habitación era agradable. El café era sucio, pero la habitación estaba en general bien. Disfrutamos de la piscina calentada en el interior. El centro de fitness no era a nuestro gusto. No hay ac y se siente como una sauna. Sólo tiene una pista de paseo y una bicicleta. The Continental breakfast , I'm sorry was horrible. It was a decent stay but would probably not be my first choice to stay again.

El lugar esta muy fácil de llegar y tiene varios restaurantes cerca, también hay un Walmart a 3 min en carro o 15 min caminando. Me gusto mucho que tenía microondas y frigobar. Lo que podría mejorar es el desayuno porque solo hay waffles, manzanas, yogurt y café aparte de que no hay alguien que esté limpiando las mesas después de que alguien las use
