Al principio nos dieron una habitación vieja, cuyo olor era muy desagradable, así que les pregunté si podíamos tener la primera habitación que probamos hace dos semanas. La recepcionista me pidió 500 PHP adicionales para mejorarla y sí, nos dieron la primera habitación que probamos. Seguiremos viniendo mientras podamos tener las nuevas habitaciones, jeje.

We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all.
The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked.
I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms.
Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.

The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike.
The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order.
The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate.
Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water.
I would stay here again..

La suite era muy limpia y espaciosa. Pero entendimos porque muchas de las familias de golfistas juniores eran billes eres en el mismo hotel. Y todos ordenaron su desayuno 6am a-go. El personal fue muy útil porque necesitamos la cama de sofá para ser instalado. Aprecie la habitación renovada.

El servicio fue excelente y las instalaciones increíbles. Una piscina enorme y un restaurante encantador. La comida también estuvo buenísima. La ubicación no es la mejor, pero hay algunos lugares geniales por la zona. Hay un autobús lanzadera que te lleva directamente al centro comercial SM Mall y a la zona de bares de Walking Street. Reservaré aquí de nuevo si vuelvo.

Espero que puedan cambiar el tablero para reducir las fichas de madera que caen porque es un poco viejo. Stayed for 5days in Rishan, closed to grocery marts and Sm Clark. They clean your room daily if you want and staff are accommodating. Some cooking utensils you need like strainer, can opener, tongs are those they dont have. But you can buy somewhere on the other side. Aside from that, everything is fine. We enjoyed staying at Rishan Residence, as if youre at home, I love cooking ans I cooked for my hubby everyday 😅🥰. My friends who were living around also visited us and we went to a live band that we had to drive for few minutes and went kareoke. We also went to Skyranch Pampanga to enjoy outside.

UUsuario invitadoLocated near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

Stepping into Aqua Beach Club in Angeles City felt like entering a different world. As soon as I walked onto the 7th floor of the ABC Hotel, the vibrant energy hit me. The first thing that struck me was the sheer size of the place – it’s a three-story super club, which is genuinely impressive for a pool club.
The main pool area was definitely the heart of the action. It's a massive negative-edge pool, and being able to literally swim up to the bar and order a drink felt incredibly luxurious. I spent a good amount of time just lounging in the water, sipping on a cocktail and soaking in the atmosphere. The music was always pumping, with a DJ playing a great mix of tracks that kept the energy high without being overwhelming.
I loved the option of the cabanas. I didn't splurge on a Presidential Cabana, but even the standard ones looked amazing – some are two-story, with private living rooms, TVs, and direct pool access. It felt like a true VIP experience, even if I was just enjoying the general admission pool area. The free towel, robe, and locker access for paying guests was a nice touch, too, making it easy to just show up and dive in.
The vibe was definitely ”party central.” It's clear that Aqua Beach Club is designed for a good time. There were groups of friends, couples, and solo travelers all mingling and enjoying themselves. While it's a lively place, it didn't feel chaotic. The staff were attentive, constantly clearing glasses and making sure everyone was having a good time. I noticed them being quite strict about not allowing outside food or drinks, which definitely helps maintain the club's quality.
Beyond the main pool, I explored the Aqua Sky Deck, which offered a fantastic 360-degree view of Angeles City. It was a perfect spot to catch the sunset and enjoy a slightly more relaxed pace than the main pool, though the music still carried up there. There's also the Millionaires Spa, which I didn't try this time, but the idea of getting a massage while still being part of the club's energetic vibe sounds pretty unique.

The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

UUsuario invitadoOverpriced and not worth the money. The breakfast is advertised as a buffet, but the selection is very limited and not what is typically served for breakfast. It also felt like the staff serving the main dish were reluctant to provide food, as only very small spoonfuls were given each time.
The staff did not assist with luggage. I even overheard another guest asking for help and being told the staff were on break. We also requested a tissue refill, but this was refused because it is supposedly only provided for long-stay guests, which is unreasonable when four people are sharing one room with only one roll of tissue.
Three staff members escorted us to our rooms simply to point out where they were. Since we booked three rooms, this could easily have been handled by one person. Despite having three staff present, none offered any assistance with our luggage, which felt inefficient and unhelpful.

The abundance of historic homes and artefacts from notable people in the past evokes nostalgic feelings. The staff is incredibly helpful, pleasant, and quick to respond. The only real drawbacks are the unusually quiet floor and the lack of a bidet in our room. The road leading up to the resort is very uneven and dangerous for cars. To make matters worse, they charge extra for extra mineral water, which is totally unfair. There are other hotels and resorts all over the globe where this isn't the norm. I hope this can be reviewed and made better. Not only that, the hot water flow from the toilet is extremely low.
