Sólo la cena no es igual al hotel; el bufete siempre es el mismo y mal preparado. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el restaurante no es un hotel muy agradable.

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones son amplias, el servicio de recepción es muy bueno, el personal del hotel es muy amable y hay fruta gratis ☺. Se recomienda a quienes visiten la antigua ciudad de Petra empezar desde el monasterio para poder caminar todo el camino sin cansarse.

Pero la cama era cómoda y tuvimos un buen sueño. La vista desde el techo era fantástica. El desayuno era adecuado, nada demasiado guapo, pero sirvió su propósito. Hay un perro residente llamado Lucy que es muy amable.

Service is amazing, they provide pick up and drop off at Petra which is 5 mins by car. Staff are super nice. Hotel style is very Middle Eastern and that’s what you wanna experience in Petra. Breakfast is good and quite a large range of options. Rooms are very comfortable although the shower is quite small. The bed is amazingly comfortable I would say that is probably the best mattress I have slept on! Recommend !

Хороший новый отель с просторными и чистыми номерами. Из окна открывается прекрасный вид как днем, так и ночью. Неплохие, хоть и не очень разнообразные, завтраки. Несмотря на то, что отель достаточно удален от входа в Петру, дорога до нее все равно занимает буквально 5 минут. Тем более, на ресепшн без проблем окажут помощь с вызовом такси. Рекомендуем.

I feel bad for all the touristic place in Jordan, not having enough tourists, most of the restaurants and guest houses are literally empty. We only had 3 guests the night that I stayed. However, the room was really, really hot, and there was only one window to let the air. I had to complain to the reception woman who called her manager to have the AC on for a couple of hours. Even 1 guest should be treated as a guest. I understand the no people situation but still. Location was excellent though. I would stay again because of this reason.

Me conmovió muchísimo. Mi inglés no es muy bueno, pero quiero expresarle mi gratitud. El desayuno también fue de muy alta calidad, con un gerente siempre de guardia para garantizar la alta calidad de la comida.

Excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario. Excelente vista desde el balcón donde se puede sentar con una taza de café. En el primer piso hay un jardín y un café, se puede pedir almuerzo o té. Personal amigable, listo para ayudar en cualquier ocasión. El hotel recomienda. The hotel is perfectly located a couple of minutes walk from Petra visitor centre - I could even see it from my balcony! The room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. My only minor criticism is the breakfast, which I think could be improved (it's strange to not have fruit available, for example).
