It was a great stay with ac cooled rooms, great bathroom and a nice view. I had the honeymoon type suite with the queensize bed. The hostess is Very friendly, she offered to make food after breakfast time, which was a little early for us with the time difference (+ 6 hours compared to the Netherlands). Also, she booked several taxi’s for us and was willing to be available even during late hours when we wanten to have a late night drink in the city. The location is suberb, just outside the local city and a 5 minutes taxi drive to the transfer station for the bus/Cable to Yellow mountain. The only downside was that the pool was empty. We were looking forward using this, the weather is very warm. All in all I would for sure go back in the future. Rufus

訂了套房270度景觀房，一面臨江另一邊是城景，非常棒。 入住時大堂Sunny服務態度非常好，主動幫我們介紹了周邊的美食，還用小紙片詳細為我們寫清楚，還特意送了水果。 第二天的早餐也十分豐盛，特別需要説的是，因為前一天在蕪湖的二姐紅豆吃了紅豆糊今天早上在酒店也看到了，特別興奮，但是就是覺得紅豆有點兒少，就問了服務員Mavis，能不能加點紅豆， 我自己覺得可能性不，結果熱心的Mavis馬上去後廚找了一下， 發現衹有冷的紅豆，就馬上幫我們蒸起來，使我們享用頓十分滿足的早餐。 再次感謝上面二位。

Concerté una cita con el B&B para el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto antes de registrarme y el conductor comenzó a ponerse en contacto conmigo el día anterior. Después de que el avión aterrizó, primero se envió el mensaje de texto de recogida, y luego el conductor me llamó de inmediato y subí al auto sin problemas. Después de llegar al B&B, la habitación estaba muy bien y limpia. El clima estaba un poco frío cuando llegamos, pero el agua de la ducha estaba muy caliente. Está muy cerca de algunas tiendas especializadas locales. Al estar en el casco antiguo, los restaurantes y la comida son relativamente asequibles y auténticos, y también es muy cómodo ir a las tiendas de conveniencia de los alrededores. El jefe era muy amable😭😭 Sólo puedo recomendar que todos los que vengan a escalar Huangshan se queden en su casa.

We got upgraded for free cause a room was available. Staff is very friendly and responds quickly. They will drive you to nearby stores and restaurants for free. Hotel room has everything you need: reliable warm water, toiletry supplies, tea, water and clean towels. You have access to a washing machine dryer and a pool outside. You are surrounded by nature so it is very quiet compared to other places in china.

Our family of 13 recently spent three nights at Shanyu Life and Huangshan Design hotel and the experience was delightful. The location is excellent—about a 10‑minute drive from the Huangshan park entrance—yet the hotel sits in a quiet area surrounded by mountains and tea plantations. The hotel’s free shuttle to Huangshan was extremely convenient for a group of our size. The resort offers spacious rooms with high‑quality finishes and fittings; All 7 of our rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding and bathroom amenities that made for a very relaxing stay. The property is so tastefully designed that we were content to simply linger in the common areas after breakfast, sipping tea or practicing Chinese calligraphy in the serene setting. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from the staff, who were consistently caring, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs. They handled several ad‑hoc requests even before our arrival and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay so that every member of our family felt well looked after. We particularly enjoyed the welcome hot tea while hotel owner Fang Fei introduced many interesting places to visit around Huangshan. The team also arranged a half‑day excursion to Mukeng Village Bamboo Forest, where the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was filmed, and it was amazing climbing the hills through such dense bamboo forest. After long days of sightseeing and mountain climbing, it was a joy to return to the resort, where a warm and hearty dinner awaited us, making it feel like coming home each evening. Fang Fei is also a tea master, and she not only taught us a lot about Huangshan’s famous teas but also hosted a tea‑appreciation and meditation session for us, which was exactly what our family needed after hectic travels through many Chinese cities before arriving in Huangshan. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable, and this hotel is highly recommended to anyone planning to visit Huangshan.
