Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, tranquilas e impecables. El desayuno es bastante variado y completo. Y lo más importante, ¡las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares! El personal es amable y atento. Lo único es que, durante las horas punta, el proceso de check-in fue un poco lento; esperamos media hora. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. En general, me encantó. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner. Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest. Appreciated and thanks.

Fue una buena estadía con mi familia. Muy cerca del Haram y hay un centro comercial que conecta con el hotel. Personal amable y servicial. Habitaciones limpias pero el servicio fue lento. Muy recomendable.

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

Conectado al centro comercial del Mar Rojo, muy conveniente. La habitación es agradable y limpia, tiene todo lo que necesita. No se ha podido probar su comida, pero tienen un buen precio para el paquete de almuerzo ~55 Sar/pp.

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, justo en la costa del Mar Rojo. Por las noches, puedes pasear por el paseo marítimo y ver a un hombre local, varias esposas e hijos disfrutando de una cena junto al mar. También verás muchos gatos esperando a que les den de comer. Teníamos una habitación con vistas al mar y, al abrir las cortinas por la mañana, podíamos ver las olas y las gaviotas.

Overall good with the exception of ill naintained and ill eqipped gym and apsent of coffemaker in the room, everythind is upto expectation

A 5-7 minutos en taxi, también tienen su propio servicio de transporte. La habitación era muy buena, grande, cómoda y muy prestigiosa. Se siente un buen servicio al cliente. El registro de entrada fue sencillo.
