Hoteles con Spa en Región de Auckland, Nueva Zelanda

I originally planned to stay for just one night since the hotel was newly opened and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was so impressed that I extended my stay to three nights! It truly made my trip to Auckland unforgettable. From the excellent facilities to the exceptional staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The morning tea at the restaurant across the hotel parking was also absolutely delicious, adding to the wonderful experience. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

El hotel está cerca de la zona CBD, era un antiguo hotel y tengo una habitación muy vieja con renovaciones que se están llevando a cabo junto a ella. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El servicio en la recepción era todavía bueno y trataron de cambiar a una habitación más grande para mí que yo había reservado, pero ya que era una habitación vieja, estaba demasiado cansado para cambiar de nuevo. Olvidé tomar fotos reales de ella, ya que no estaba pensando en revisarla porque no era tan ideal.

Amazing hotel! The staff were so kind and generous especially Jose in the club lounge. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms and great amenities. The pool needs a bit of maintenance though, some tiles had come off and only the glue was visible. Lockers were hard to use.

Absolutely loved the Grand Sky City. Only downside was the check in and check out service. It would be best to have a self service system or more staff on the counter. Apart from that my family will definitely be back again.

Por el precio extremadamente bajo que pagamos para permanecer no hay nada que quejarse de. El hotel tiene un parking cerca de la entrada del hotel, tan fácil de conseguir el equipaje, etc. Check-in fácil. La habitación es muy grande. Las camas estaban cómodas. Situadas cerca de donde queríamos estar ese fin de semana. Me encantaría habernos mencionado cosas en el check-in que se enumeraron en la descripción de la habitación en el sitio web, como la opción de desayuno y se muestra donde el spa estaba, etc Gracias por tenernos =)

Aquí está el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Servicio normal. Un motel viejo. El hotel dispone de una piscina, un parque de coches suana y espacioso.

Location is close to the park and easy to walk to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff,it was so happy every minute staying in Pullman(tasty breakfast and variety of food to choose and big swimming pool). Definitely will come back again

攜程大促買的房券！性價比超級高！ 我要實名錶揚攜程大大！請多多和新西蘭酒店合作！ 超高性價比住五星級！ 雖然在city比較亂，但是好的酒店真的可以給人滿滿的安全感！ 服務：入住當天checkin的時候，小哥就會幫你把行李送到房間！前台小姐姐也非常的熱情離開那一天，因為訂的是晚上的航班,客房空餘的情況下，小姐姐安排了推遲兩小時退房。還熱心告訴我們如果航班是晚上的話可以退房後在樓下健身房洗完澡再離開！ 衞生：衞生總體來説都很不錯，健身房也非常的乾淨，晚上去健身的時候發現工作人員每晚10:00多在很認真的搞衞生。唯一美中不足就是入住的最後一天，在房間裏茶水櫃上發現了巨大蟑螂，對於終極怕蟑螂的我來説真的非常可怕。建議加強害蟲消殺。 如儘管美中不足，但是下次來奧克蘭，我還是會毫不猶豫地選擇so/hotel.
