This is one of the nicer Backpackers I’ve stayed in. It has only one bunk in each pod so you’re really separate from everybody else. The location is three hours from Amsterdam although it is very very close to the train station I loved the free fruit and the outside areas. There was two nice garden areas. The only thing I didn’t appreciate or enjoy was I booked in so late at night and it just happened to be handover and the lady could not help me as she was busy counting her hotel and finishing her day so therefore I did not get my free welcome drink. I thought it was just the water on the bar when I asked if there was any food she said no and did not offer me any fruit which of course I realised it’s free so there was food. Another couple were trying to book in at the same time as me so I gave them the computer. I really wish that the woman behind the bar could have told me there was a second computer. I guess she was just having a bad day. I also had had a bad day although it’s not a competition, I had caught the wrong train from Amsterdam and had an hour and a half detour. All my own fault but I was absolutely shattered. I could not think straight when I got there and needed a little help to check In. Highly recommend doing the caves and fort at Saint Petersburg. Enjoy your day.

Hotel environment was good BUT : 1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours. 2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment. 3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception! Not the right attitude for a service organization.

Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

Qué agradable estancia. Habíamos reservado para 2 noches. Puedes utilizar 3 días enteros del bienestar! Hotel estupendo y muy amable empleados. Ciudad de Valkenburg a pie de la piedra, ideal! ¡Nos vamos de regreso!

Great location; walking distance to the centre. Friendly staff and appreciate the welcome snacks and lounge area with free coffee and tea. Definitely will stay again when on business trip again in the city.

El hotel Townhouse, en Maastricht, ha estado acostumbrado a varias veces. Esta vez también fue bueno. El personal es amable y el hotel es agradable y bueno. Las habitaciones están limpias con camas agradables. La ubicación del Townhouse es genial, a pie del centro de Maastricht, es decir, un consejero.

Esta casa me gusta recomendar, muy agradable, amable, habitaciones limpias, a pesar de la tapa de suelo, pero muy limpia. personal muy útil que nos han proporcionado las informaciones necesarias. Gran oferta de desayuno variada. Muy bueno con conexión a ÖV.

Bathroom bit outdated, suggest renovations. Toilet bowl needs a lid. Air conditioning should be standard. Nice and quiet area, free parking, didn't get to try the spa.

Un hotel bastante nuevo, un buen servicio, un interior hermoso. El desayuno es muy bueno. El personal no es demasiado. Muy servicio orientado. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero muy prácticamente decoradas. El spa es cómodo . Fuimos allí durante la ola de calor, pero fue agradable en términos de temperatura , incluso en el ( pequeño) espacio exterior. La cena es una fiesta, los platos más bonitos y los platos más bien alineados. Sólo faltan unos asientos y bancos en el jardín donde se puede sentar cómodo durante el día. También las sillas del terraza exterior nos parecen demasiado duras para sentarse durante mucho tiempo, como usted hace en la cena.
