The room offered excellent value for money considering both its size and location. I booked a double room, which consisted of two connected rooms—one as a living area, leading to a bedroom, and then to a bathroom with a dressing area. Overall, the space felt much larger than what was stated in the listing. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the shopping street and the subway, and it's also within walking distance of Shenyang Railway Station. The interior had a classic hotel style with warm, muted tones. Despite the traditional look, the room and its amenities were well-maintained and not outdated. There were even two televisions provided. At a price of 400–500 CNY, I found this accommodation to be an excellent deal. It would be hard to find another room that offers such great value.

El hotel no está en una zona céntrica, pero es muy conveniente; el centro comercial y la estación de metro están justo al lado. En general, el personal es atento. No ofrecen lujos como mejoras de habitación, grandes sonrisas ni recuerdos, pero algunos empleados son muy considerados, como las mujeres del gimnasio y el técnico que enviaron a mi habitación para arreglar el aire acondicionado. ¡Un diez para su excelente servicio! Las comodidades son de estilo clásico, pero lo que más me gustó fue la bañera y la lavadora en la habitación.

We had an incredible stay with our family of 5. The rooms were very big and accommodating, clean and well serviced. The rooms were stunning and the staff were beyond helpful and very caring to our needs. Will definitely return. Liu Liu and Ting Ting were very helpful at reception answering questions and speaking with us in English which was lovely. Highly recommend if visiting Jinzhou.

Good room: big, clean and comfortable. Chinese breakfast but some salad, bread, eggs, fruits and cereals and me and my family enjoyed it, plus the view in the breakfast room was nice. Finally, with a nice playground inside and outside. We could not use the outside one. I believe then we would have to pay for it.

The experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel.

love the room layout n decor.  front desk was busy did not spend enough time giving us heads-ups on local events n recommendations.  the breakfast spread was impressive n service from allen n summer went above n beyond.  staff should have mentioned 萬象城 the mega mall of 6 stories is a skip n a hop away.  not even have to brave the weather with the walkway inside.  it’s heaven for ladies n shopaholics.   every luxury brand imaginable n then some.  food court on level 6 was fabulous.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It has good location and is next to the Russian Walking Street. Rooms are large. Restaurants at the hotel are good in prices and taste excellent. We did experience not so good house keeping services. Fortunately, the Guest Service Manager, Miss Mina Liu, used her professional skills solving all our concerns. Here we want to express our much appreciation to Miss Liu for her taking care of us getting wonderful experience during our stay.

UUsuario anónimoThis establishment is located in an apartment building. It is not exactly a hotel but an apartment for rent. It is located about 6-7 minutes walk to the beach and it’s very close to Wanda Hotel. Going to this place from Bayuquan train station only takes 10 mins and the taxi cost is less than 10rmb. There are many taxis in front of Bayuquan train station exit so it is easy to get to the apartment. The main receiving area of this apartment is on the third floor of another apartment building. When we got there, one of their staff immediately took us to another apartment building where our room was. The check in with our passports was unnecessary. It was easy and convenient. Since it was an apartment, I did not have a really high expectation when it comes to the design of the place. Below is the summary of my review: Good stuff: 1. Very beautiful view: Our room was the best in all the room options, according to the owner. The management upgraded our room. We got 180 degrees view of the sea. Below us was the view of the hot spring next door. There were no obstacles for the view. We saw everything in the horizon! 2. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful 3. The location is near the beach. 6-7 mins walk 4. The room was spacious with all the basic and necessary things. However, I did not expect to use disposable towels. 5. The room has a small kitchen with an induction cooker and a steamer. Ideal for a family with infants or toddlers. 6. Easy to get to by taxi 7. The bed was comfortable. They have a soft yellow blanket that my baby liked. 8. There are many restaurants by the sea serving seafood, barbecue and dongbei food. 9. You could easily rent umbrellas if you want to hang out by the sea. For a simple umbrella with a table and some stools, 200 for the whole day. 10. There is a small amusement park by the sea. A square with fun things to do. Fireworks at night and there are many other water activities you can do during the day time. It won’t be too boring. 11. The place is famous for digging in the sand, catching some crabs or collecting shells on low tide. 12. It could get pretty crowded around summer but it’s normal for a tourist spot. 13. The apartment is near a hotspring. Paid separately. Must book in advance. Things for improvement: 1. The room could be a little cleaner. The drinking glasses were not properly washed 2. I could tell they only cleaned the bathroom floors but did not scrub the corners of the walls. Some dirt accumulated there. Could do better when it comes to cleaning. 3. Disposable towels were okay but real towels are a lot better for drying. 4. The bathroom is way too small. The door blocked the way in the bathroom and I hurt myself as I moved around since the distance between the sink and the door was so small. I am already a small person and this space is too small for me. 5. There was a weird smell that was coming out from the bathroom. It could be from the pipes. The management should check and maintain this place so there would be no weird smell in the future. 6. There are restaurants downstairs but the options are limited to only the things I mentioned above. General take on Bayuquan: It is a good place for a weekend getaway but it is not a well developed place to go looking for a good cafe to chill and hang out nor a place to find KFC or McDonald’s. There are many buildings that were closed due to inactivity or maybe buildings that were built but never used. Anyway, it can look better and do better if Bayuquan will improve its infrastructures like the walk ways, small parks and malls. It is a small, quiet city near a beach. If you are looking for a weekend getaway near a beach, this is one of the places to go to. You can go swimming but the water is not very clear. Staying for a day or two would be good enough.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

Este hotel es como un hotel chino de estilo antiguo, es algo grandioso y se mantiene en relativamente buen estado, pero está desactualizado con muebles de madera oscura y no está a la altura de las altas expectativas de un InterContinental, especialmente comparado con otras ciudades. Además, hay un olor extraño en la habitación y el desayuno es limitado, incluso en el salón ejecutivo. Tampoco hubo reconocimiento por mi cumpleaños, lo cual fue decepcionante. Como punto positivo, la habitación ejecutiva es de buen tamaño, el baño es enorme, la ducha tiene buena presión, el estado es aceptable, la cama y las almohadas son cómodas, no hay cafetera, pero hay acceso gratuito al salón con té de la tarde ambos días y hora feliz donde se sirve comida. La piscina es grande y tiene hasta 1,8 m de profundidad. El precio es relativamente bueno, así que en general fue agradable. Gracias también a Grace, quien me dio un check-out tardío y un imán. Espero que reformen el hotel pronto, ya que podría mejorar, aunque tampoco está tan mal.

Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here. I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment. The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone. The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese. There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt. The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space. The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel. There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee. The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality. There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

Justo enfrente está el puente de la bahía de Xinghai, y por la noche, el espectáculo de luces es absolutamente fascinante. Los amaneceres también son hermosos, aunque lamentablemente me perdí la puesta de sol por una nevada inesperada durante mis dos noches de estancia... ¡Tendré que volver para verla! Me encantó la señorita Dansey. Había comentado que mi hijo celebraba su cumpleaños y pedí una habitación en un piso superior, y no esperaba que una simple nota se convirtiera en una sorpresa tan grande. La habitación estaba decorada de forma muy romántica, con luces de cumpleaños, adornos y pétalos en la cama, y un pastel de cumpleaños de cortesía del hotel. ¡Todo fue inolvidable para el niño! Al hacer el check-in, nos dijeron que nos regalaban un pastel, y cuando les dijimos que el cumpleaños del niño era al día siguiente, nos trajeron otro pastel de terciopelo rojo, diciendo que era para que probáramos cuál nos gustaba más. El desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso, especialmente la tortilla hecha al momento con huevo, ostras y repollo (no sé cómo se llama), ¡la recomiendo encarecidamente!

AArtMWe were travelling as a famliy of four with two boys. We chose the hotel because of reviews and great location. Locations is outstanding, a lot of places to eat nearby, german restaurant on B1 floor, several big shopping malls in walking distance (don't make our mistake, there are TWO big supermarkets in those buildings, one in Mykal, the better and bigger one in the building in front of it). In shopping malls there are restaurants and food courts which is convenient. For us it's been useful because my younger boy is quite selective in food preferences. Hotel personnel had been nice and helpful, not a single issue with them. In the hotel there is swimming pool and some bathing area with smaller pools at different temperature. A great place to attend after long-long day in Dalian. Food selection for breakfast is also quite nice. What issues we had during our stay: Aircon had been barely working. Definitely insufficient for four people in one room, it was too warm to sleep, we had to keep window open at night to try to make it to comfortable temperature. Mosqiutos were terrible, it was suprise that insects made it to 18th floor, but I believe they got in through aircon system. In-room refrigerator had been terrible and not cooling anything. It would probably be similar if there was no refrigerator at all. Overall great place to stay.
