We are very happy about our stay at Wanda Realm Hotel in Fushun. The service is exceptional. My daughter developed rushes right after arrival. The hotel manager Mr. Wei Huang drove us to see a specialized physician, which was very helpful and beyond the ordinary service scope. We couldn’t say enough about our appreciation.
The hotel’s gym and swimming facilities are well maintained, as well as room size and amenities. Highly recommended this hotel. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Mr Huang also helped me find my sun glasses that was dropped during the move to another room.

Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

El servicio de recepción fue excelente; el registro fue rápido y el personal fue todo sonrisas y servicial. Me cambiaron de habitación a una superior, pero el agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir y el cabezal de la ducha salía débilmente. El refrigerador también estaba roto. I recently stayed at Grand Metropark Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptionally helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself offers comfortable accommodations and good amenities, but it’s really the people who make Grand Metropark Hotel special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay where you’re treated like a valued guest, not just a room number.

酒店很新，設計感超絕，隨便拍拍也很出篇
贈送了下午茶，品種不多，但環境很愜意。
房間整體好評，硬件設施不錯，大浴缸很好，浴室有頂噴。迷你吧有膠囊咖啡機和啤酒汽水飲用水，都是贈送的，飲用水不夠也會讓機器人來補充。
床品好評，睡眠好。
一樓的非遺博物館不大，但展品不少，比較精緻入住期間隨便逛逛足夠了。
健身房和圖書室中規中矩，就拍了個照，沒細體驗。
點名表揚早餐，豐富程度遠超預期，味道還不錯，炸蝦、炸魚和錦州非遺醬菜很有特色。中西口味都能得到滿足。
酒店位置比較好，萬達就隔兩個路口、附近燒烤店雲集，吃飯逛街都很方便。
以前到錦州是進老城住標準五星，這次看這個酒店照片被種草，所以體驗一下，總體好評。下次若價格合適，會考慮繼續入住。
部分可改進之處：
衞生間地漏反味；入住期內在走廊內遇到所有的工作人員沒有問好，個別出入門和電梯時甚至跟客人搶行，跟五星酒店相比服務細節還有待加強；樓後的停車場足夠用，但如果是地下就更好——離店時恰逢下雪，地下停車場的比較優勢一下就具象化了。

We look forward to returning again next year! The hotel is very thoughtful. We arrived on a night where it was raining really hard. They had someone outside with an umbrella to walk guests in and helped with luggages. This is a gesture I haven’t seen any hotels do. Doris our housekeeper was excellent. She’s so friendly and down to earth we loved seeing her in the hallways.

UUsuario anónimoThis establishment is located in an apartment building. It is not exactly a hotel but an apartment for rent. It is located about 6-7 minutes walk to the beach and it’s very close to Wanda Hotel. Going to this place from Bayuquan train station only takes 10 mins and the taxi cost is less than 10rmb. There are many taxis in front of Bayuquan train station exit so it is easy to get to the apartment.
The main receiving area of this apartment is on the third floor of another apartment building. When we got there, one of their staff immediately took us to another apartment building where our room was. The check in with our passports was unnecessary. It was easy and convenient.
Since it was an apartment, I did not have a really high expectation when it comes to the design of the place. Below is the summary of my review:
Good stuff:
1. Very beautiful view: Our room was the best in all the room options, according to the owner. The management upgraded our room. We got 180 degrees view of the sea. Below us was the view of the hot spring next door. There were no obstacles for the view. We saw everything in the horizon!
2. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful
3. The location is near the beach. 6-7 mins walk
4. The room was spacious with all the basic and necessary things. However, I did not expect to use disposable towels.
5. The room has a small kitchen with an induction cooker and a steamer. Ideal for a family with infants or toddlers.
6. Easy to get to by taxi
7. The bed was comfortable. They have a soft yellow blanket that my baby liked.
8. There are many restaurants by the sea serving seafood, barbecue and dongbei food.
9. You could easily rent umbrellas if you want to hang out by the sea. For a simple umbrella with a table and some stools, 200 for the whole day.
10. There is a small amusement park by the sea. A square with fun things to do. Fireworks at night and there are many other water activities you can do during the day time. It won’t be too boring.
11. The place is famous for digging in the sand, catching some crabs or collecting shells on low tide.
12. It could get pretty crowded around summer but it’s normal for a tourist spot.
13. The apartment is near a hotspring. Paid separately. Must book in advance.
Things for improvement:
1. The room could be a little cleaner. The drinking glasses were not properly washed
2. I could tell they only cleaned the bathroom floors but did not scrub the corners of the walls. Some dirt accumulated there. Could do better when it comes to cleaning.
3. Disposable towels were okay but real towels are a lot better for drying.
4. The bathroom is way too small. The door blocked the way in the bathroom and I hurt myself as I moved around since the distance between the sink and the door was so small. I am already a small person and this space is too small for me.
5. There was a weird smell that was coming out from the bathroom. It could be from the pipes. The management should check and maintain this place so there would be no weird smell in the future.
6. There are restaurants downstairs but the options are limited to only the things I mentioned above.
General take on Bayuquan:
It is a good place for a weekend getaway but it is not a well developed place to go looking for a good cafe to chill and hang out nor a place to find KFC or McDonald’s. There are many buildings that were closed due to inactivity or maybe buildings that were built but never used. Anyway, it can look better and do better if Bayuquan will improve its infrastructures like the walk ways, small parks and malls. It is a small, quiet city near a beach. If you are looking for a weekend getaway near a beach, this is one of the places to go to. You can go swimming but the water is not very clear. Staying for a day or two would be good enough.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

They even unfolded a map to provide a detailed guide to Dalian’s highlights and the surroundings of the hotel. Politeness and warmth are truly at the heart of their service here. Guests need not feel uneasy in this unfamiliar city—the care they receive makes all the difference.
While the InterContinental brand lives up to its renowned reputation, it is truly the active dedication of the hotel staff that brings it to life. At the front desk, Grace Zhao left a bright and wonderful first impression of the hotel, and her kindness made me forget I was in a new place. The next day, Lily Xia kindly introduced me to the excellent breakfast and local Dalian specialties, offering me the chance to truly savor them—she is one of those who showed me what the ”Dalian smile” and genuine warmth are all about. As I finished breakfast, the cup of warm coffee she offered felt like more than just a drink—it was a gentle gesture, as if to say, ”We won’t let you leave empty-handed or without a fond memory.”
Personally, I feel that InterContinental Hotel truly has many wonderful people working here. It is also evident that the hotel invests actively and continuously in staff training. Located in the heart of Dalian, InterContinental Dalian enjoys an excellent geographical advantage, making it convenient and quick to get anywhere. The amenities here leave nothing to be desired—during my visit on a cold day, I enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, which were thoroughly satisfying. The dining options are also diverse, catering to different tastes and offering delightful culinary experiences. Moreover, the room facilities, cleanliness, and the prompt, kind service from all the staff are advantages not easily found elsewhere in the area. As someone who travels frequently to this region for work, I can say with confidence: if asked about this hotel’s greatest strength, I would not hesitate to say it is the remarkable harmony of its people, location, and facilities.
I can genuinely say I have no regrets about leaving this review under my real name. If you wish to fully enjoy Dalian’s scenery, flavors, and people, this hotel is the wisest choice. Especially friends like Grace and Lily will leave you with the most beautiful memories of Dalian. Justo enfrente está el puente de la bahía de Xinghai, y por la noche, el espectáculo de luces es absolutamente fascinante. Los amaneceres también son hermosos, aunque lamentablemente me perdí la puesta de sol por una nevada inesperada durante mis dos noches de estancia... ¡Tendré que volver para verla!
Me encantó la señorita Dansey. Había comentado que mi hijo celebraba su cumpleaños y pedí una habitación en un piso superior, y no esperaba que una simple nota se convirtiera en una sorpresa tan grande. La habitación estaba decorada de forma muy romántica, con luces de cumpleaños, adornos y pétalos en la cama, y un pastel de cumpleaños de cortesía del hotel. ¡Todo fue inolvidable para el niño! Al hacer el check-in, nos dijeron que nos regalaban un pastel, y cuando les dijimos que el cumpleaños del niño era al día siguiente, nos trajeron otro pastel de terciopelo rojo, diciendo que era para que probáramos cuál nos gustaba más.
El desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso, especialmente la tortilla hecha al momento con huevo, ostras y repollo (no sé cómo se llama), ¡la recomiendo encarecidamente!

😴 Best sleep I’ve had in ages
Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. I got almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep, the room was quiet, perfectly cool, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark, which I loved.
Also, they offer an a la carte menu and even late-night service, which is super handy if you’re up late or get in hungry.
🧖♂️ Highly recommend the sauna + massage combo
One of the highlights of my stay: hit the sauna for about 20 minutes, then followed it up with a relaxing massage right there in the hotel. Total game changer 💯 I left feeling completely recharged.
🏊♂️ as for the pool, I tried to go around three times… but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for kids?? So it was always full of kids which it’s fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel
🍳 Breakfast could be better
This is where things fell a bit short. The breakfast area is… kind of random? It’s in a hallway on the second floor, and the setup felt temporary. Not much variety, and there are no small tables, just big shared ones for about 10 people. A little awkward if you’re alone or just want a quiet breakfast. (I’ll include a pic)

If you order food delivery, you’ll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself — they don’t bring it up to your room.
✅ Final thoughts
Aside from those couple of things and the pool, my experience was honestly fantastic. Great location, super restful sleep. Would stay here again if I’m back in Dalian! 👍

AArtMWe were travelling as a famliy of four with two boys. We chose the hotel because of reviews and great location.
Locations is outstanding, a lot of places to eat nearby, german restaurant on B1 floor, several big shopping malls in walking distance (don't make our mistake, there are TWO big supermarkets in those buildings, one in Mykal, the better and bigger one in the building in front of it). In shopping malls there are restaurants and food courts which is convenient. For us it's been useful because my younger boy is quite selective in food preferences. Hotel personnel had been nice and helpful, not a single issue with them. In the hotel there is swimming pool and some bathing area with smaller pools at different temperature. A great place to attend after long-long day in Dalian. Food selection for breakfast is also quite nice.
What issues we had during our stay:
Aircon had been barely working. Definitely insufficient for four people in one room, it was too warm to sleep, we had to keep window open at night to try to make it to comfortable temperature. Mosqiutos were terrible, it was suprise that insects made it to 18th floor, but I believe they got in through aircon system. In-room refrigerator had been terrible and not cooling anything. It would probably be similar if there was no refrigerator at all.
Overall great place to stay.

UUsuario invitadoGracias especialmente por la recepción Li Shu! ¡Es muy cansado llegar al hotel por la tarde, pero la habitación reservada en línea puede ir a la ventana de la construcción de la carretera muy bien, debemos llevar a Li Shu toda la jornada con otras habitaciones, entusiasmo y cuidado, ayuda a cambiar en caso de que haya habitaciones libres, y descanso muy satisfecho durante la estadía!!!
El hotel tiene un parking gratuito en el garaje subterráneo brillante, el desayuno es delicioso y el servicio es muy bueno. A la pared, los supermercados de frutas frescas son muy convenientes

KKeleaiwanshua已經是第二次入住了，但是這一次體驗感真的不太好，第一次入住時非常熱情，不僅免費升級了房間還贈送了孩子早餐 ，這一次入住了更高一點價位的房間，本以為體驗感能不錯，結果還沒入住就告知稍微晚點來，前一位住客辦理了延時退房，而且房間裏還就帶兩張温泉票,第二天再去還要繼續購買門票，也沒人提前告知，小孩早餐正常收費，一個孩子又能吃多少呢，孩子在小童樂園玩，租的泳泳圈已經漏氣了，工作人員依然覺得無所謂，不耽誤玩，一點安全意識都沒有，這次入住體驗很不好，很生硬的服務
