This is one of the most beautiful hotels that I've stayed along my trip in Xinjiang, both inside and outside. The location is very convenient, close to the entrance of Sailimu Lake, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They thought about everything you might need during the stay. The breakfast was excellent. I got both milk tea and coffee in one meal:) I definitely recommend this hotel if you travel to Sailimu Lake.

Atour hotel is an absolute gem! Not only it's walking distance to the sayram lake tourist center, but also the service is 10000000! We arrived late arvo, and there was complimentary yummy afternoon tea, follow by delicious supper at night. All facilities are very modern and products are environmental friendly. We got some local snacks as a Welcome gift as well. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommend

新疆最後一程入住賽湖旁邊的城際酒店 訂了行政大床房和雙床房 酒店主動給大床房升級了湖景，在房間裏看到了賽湖的最美日落！酒店整體很新，設施很不錯，吹風機和熨燙機都一應俱全，洗澡的水壓和温度都很適合。早餐選擇很豐盛，也沒有擁擠和排隊的情況。前台小哥儘量把兩間房安排在了同一樓層，但還是相隔略遠，有點不太方便。從B區電梯下樓，有一兩次不好用的情況，需要等電梯時間較長，其他均無槽點。給個五星好評，下次來賽湖還是會選擇這家酒店。

My stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

自駕來到賽里木湖，提前預訂了這家桔子水晶，整趟入住體驗特別舒心。剛抵達酒店，前台娜娜和小巴熱情上前接待，快速幫我們辦理好了入住手續。因為第一次來這邊，對路況完全不熟悉，兩位耐心給我們講解環湖路線，哪裡看日出好看，哪裡停車方便，還特意叮囑湖邊風大，一定要增添衣物，細節特別暖心。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，角落都沒有灰塵，床品乾爽柔軟，奔波一天躺下瞬間放鬆下來。衞浴熱水供應很快，水壓適中，乾濕分離做得很好，沒有一點異味。房間隔音很不錯，夜裡安安靜靜，休息質量很好。第二天早上的早餐選擇很多，涼菜熱菜、麪食水果應有盡有，食材新鮮，口味也很不錯。酒店停車區位置充足，自駕停車特別方便。全程入住沒有遇到任何糟心事，服務貼心有度，不會過度打擾客人。出來旅行，除了好看的風景，舒服暖心的住宿體驗同樣重要。非常感謝前台娜娜和小巴周到貼心的服務，給我們的新疆之行留下一段美好的回憶。如果下次再來賽里木湖，一定還選擇入住這家酒店，也推薦給準備出行的朋友們。

Esta estadía es cómoda y agradable durante todo el proceso, el servicio de los administradores de servicios y el gerente de servicios están bien especificados, orientando cuidadosamente la agresividad del lago de Rima, manejando la estadía rápida y sin retrasos, el efecto de aislamiento acústico de la habitación es excelente, las instalaciones están completas; los bienes de los clientes están equipados con el corazón, el flujo de agua está estable y el olor de la habitación es fresco y natural. Los mensajes de televisión son buenos, lavadoras y cómodas, la comida es rica y saborosa.

La habitación está limpia y el equipo está totalmente configurado. La ubicación es buena, hay una tienda de comidas al lado de la planta de tren, muy cerca de la estación de tren. El servicio es cuidadoso, el entorno del hotel es bueno, el precio de la carta es alto, recomenda que todos se queden.

The three female staffs at the front desk were exceptionally kind and supportive, and we truly appreciated their help during my stay. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and conveniently located near the lake. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel, specially the room service and great staff supports including booking bus tickets, food recommendation and many more throughout our stay. Many staff also able to communicate in English which makes it easier for us to get around.

Hotel is located very close to Sayram lake which makes the traveling more convenient. At the building B on the fifth floor is a nice resting area where you can get good coffee and desserts. The room itself was clean with all necessary amenities. I’d recommend this hotel for your future trip.
