I booked a Standard Hill View King on Chinese New Year Eve, The overall stay is a decent one, was provided with one King size bed and one single size bed, room was equipped with one mini fridge, one kettle and some cups, tissues, TV but the satellite line was bad as TV line appears unstable, small hair dryer, you can refer to photo I posted for amenities and room view, what I showed is all I got. Breakfast wasn't many choice but good enough, they have laksa, kolomee, salad, nasi lemak, bread

The children’s pool with slides requires better maintenance, as insects were present. Parking is located quite far from the main area; however, buggy services are available and helpful. All staff members were very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious. Although we did not receive a full sea view—only a partial one—the scenery was still stunning. The ambience of the resort is very refreshing, with high ceilings and a breezy environment that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities available, and the resort is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Swimming is not very suitable due to strong tides, but the soft sand makes it ideal for children to play. There are two large pools: one specifically designed for children with slides, and another main pool where mini kayaks and floating flamingos are available for rent. The kids’ activity area is very creative, with games such as dam ular and various board games. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices, although I had a better dining experience during a previous visit for work purposes. Unfortunately, room service dining was not satisfactory—the fries were soggy, the fried rice was overly oily, and the carbonara was average. There was also some confusion regarding a 20% insider discount, as we were initially informed it was applicable, but later told that the discount was only valid at Horizon Café not in room service. They should explain better :( Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements—particularly in maintenance and food quality—it could be an even better experience.

Very good hotel, excellent waterfront location and close to the centre, the rooms are fantastic. Very spacious, well laid out and equipped. My only gripe is the short/late opening hours of the pool bar for food and drinks, and the fact that even during the opening hours the staff are non-existent. It’s frustrating as it could be great rather than very good.

I stayed in Grand Palace Hotel with my family over the weekend. This was my first visit and I am really impressed with the service of the hotel . Located in the heart of the town centre , great  service from the staff and  good cleanliness of the rooms.  I will definitely visit next time and recommend to everyone .

My family enjoyed our stay in Mulu Marriott. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean though the hotel looks a bit old. Mulu Marriot is a great hotel to stay for all who wants a bit more luxury as well as adventure, as it is easily accessible by Hotel shuttle service to Mulu National Park. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perhaps Mulu Marriott can improve on both the buffet breakfast, dinner or the ala-carte offerings on the menu. During the night, we had drinks in the bar/ lounge area. Service is good, but would recommend Marriott to have more games eg. UNO, board games or probably a pool table will be a nice addition. Thanks to Mulu Marriot shuttle service to airport and Mulu National Park, they are prompt and very friendly. Overall we enjoyed both our experience in Mulu Marriott and Mulu National Park. Thanks and continue to improve.

Buena variedad diría yo personalmente. El personal de servicio fue atento y el equipo de cocina entregó lo que se pedía. Definitivamente volverá a visitar el hotel otra vez 👍🏻

Todo fue bueno incluyendo la muy apreciable amistad del personal excepto : Desventajas que deben considerarse: 1. La habitación tenía cocodrilo en el sofá en el día que nos ibamos 🤣 2. El baño se acopla con anti-deslizante. Muy deslizante cuando húmedo. 3. El tiempo de aire acondicionado parece centralizado y no puede controlarse. 4. Piscina / y su agua no es tan limpia.

Best decision ever..the accommodation is one of the best in kuching i guess The host prepares almost everything for a guest travelling with kids/families. The unit is new and very coz.y. Easy check in and out. No deposits and the host is very attentive.
