I booked a Standard Hill View King on Chinese New Year Eve, The overall stay is a decent one, was provided with one King size bed and one single size bed, room was equipped with one mini fridge, one kettle and some cups, tissues, TV but the satellite line was bad as TV line appears unstable, small hair dryer, you can refer to photo I posted for amenities and room view, what I showed is all I got. Breakfast wasn't many choice but good enough, they have laksa, kolomee, salad, nasi lemak, bread

All good, just a bit far from kuching city. But not enough hanger to hang clothes 😬 But still ok. Near with viral Sainah Cafe for breakfast. Must try if you arrived in kuching. Very delicious 🤤

The children’s pool with slides requires better maintenance, as insects were present. Parking is located quite far from the main area; however, buggy services are available and helpful. All staff members were very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious. Although we did not receive a full sea view—only a partial one—the scenery was still stunning. The ambience of the resort is very refreshing, with high ceilings and a breezy environment that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities available, and the resort is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Swimming is not very suitable due to strong tides, but the soft sand makes it ideal for children to play. There are two large pools: one specifically designed for children with slides, and another main pool where mini kayaks and floating flamingos are available for rent. The kids’ activity area is very creative, with games such as dam ular and various board games. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices, although I had a better dining experience during a previous visit for work purposes. Unfortunately, room service dining was not satisfactory—the fries were soggy, the fried rice was overly oily, and the carbonara was average. There was also some confusion regarding a 20% insider discount, as we were initially informed it was applicable, but later told that the discount was only valid at Horizon Café not in room service. They should explain better :( Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements—particularly in maintenance and food quality—it could be an even better experience.

Pro: El cuarto es muy espacioso, camas confortables, fuerte presión de agua, viene con baño y toallas, baño y toallas limpias, canales de televisión diff disponibles, WiFi estable. Buena ubicación con amplios parques de coches disponibles. Piscina es grande, los niños lo aman! Con: No limpia, sólo buena, las cucharas tienen tinturas si se eliminan cubiertas, los ascensores de parque de coches y los ascensores de la habitación de hotel están separados, AC sólo bien, no que las ventanas exteriores son frías, un poco de aire, Aún hay habitaciones para mejorar como una cadena hotelera de “upscale/premium”.

I stayed in Grand Palace Hotel with my family over the weekend. This was my first visit and I am really impressed with the service of the hotel . Located in the heart of the town centre , great  service from the staff and  good cleanliness of the rooms.  I will definitely visit next time and recommend to everyone .

A rustic but posh hotel that is the only upmarket accommodation in the area, serving guests to the Mulu National park. Rooms are spacious with a balcony facing the dense rainforest. The dining room has outdoor options facing the lovely pool. The free shuttle bus from the airport or , when requested, to and from the Park entrance is really nice. We spent a comfortable 4 nights before and after our hike in Mulu Park.

Buena variedad diría yo personalmente. El personal de servicio fue atento y el equipo de cocina entregó lo que se pedía. Definitivamente volverá a visitar el hotel otra vez 👍🏻

Viajado a Miri sólo un corto estadía. Adoraba el resort. Están dispuestos a hacer millas extras para nuestras estancias. Volverá de nuevo Caminar a la playa y el mejor aire solar Sólo la habitación un poco extraño olor

Best decision ever..the accommodation is one of the best in kuching i guess The host prepares almost everything for a guest travelling with kids/families. The unit is new and very coz.y. Easy check in and out. No deposits and the host is very attentive.
