El hotel es limpio, bien mantenido y tiene buenas instalaciones. No obstante, mi mayor preocupación fue la conexión Wi-Fi. Como alguien que se basa en el acceso a Internet, me he terminado usando mis datos móviles la mayor parte de la vez porque el Wi-Fi era infiable. En el centro de la ciudad, el personal de la zona de la cena no estaba muy bien recibido, pero no todos estaban desagradables, pero algunos miembros de la tripulación se reunieron tan desagradablemente y parecían tener una actitud en la interacción con los huéspedes. El servicio al cliente es una parte importante de la experiencia del hotel, y espero que la gestión pueda proporcionar formación adicional para asegurar que todos los huéspedes se sienten bienvenidos y valorados. Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

El hotel está bien, con una piscina y un bar preciosos. Pero no creo que valga la pena el precio. El personal de recepción no es muy servicial ni amable. La habitación está bien, pero nada más, un poco anticuada. El desayuno no tiene muchas opciones; nos costó encontrar algo que nos gustara. El hotel está bien, pero podría mejorarlo o podrían bajar los precios.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at POTB for six days, and despite a few minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. POTB provided a memorable experience that I am happy to share with fellow travelers. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel’s mini bar was still under construction. While this was a slight disappointment, it did not hinder my overall experience. The hotel staff quickly accommodated my needs by providing alternative options, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.Another aspect that caught my attention was the distance between the front beach and the sea. Although it was farther than expected, the hotel’s stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or a rejuvenating vacation, POTB is sure to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Our stay at Almont City Hotel last December was a pleasant one. The room was spacious, giving us plenty of comfort to relax. While the property is already a bit old, it is well-maintained and still provides a comfortable and cozy stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

La ubicación es ideal si quieres surfar en Cloud9, puedes caminar allí en 5 minutos, y es mucho más tranquilo que el General Luna, pero aún lo suficientemente cerca si quieres pasar la noche cenando/partiendo allí. La habitación era muy agradable y espaciosa, con una cama cómoda. El hotel está muy bien, y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar, y el albergue tiene varias noches sociales organizadas por un grupo Whatsapp. Mi única observación fue sobre el ruido: mi habitación estaba enfrente del área social de arriba y, a pesar de los signos que especificaban el tiempo tranquilo (22pm a continuación) y también una multa 500PHP para las personas que no lo respetaban, cada noche tenía gente haciendo llamadas telefónicas, La chitarra se tocaba o gritaba fuerte después de medianoche (o más tarde) en mi habitación y no había nadie en la habitación para recordar que mantenía la voz baja.

Everything was great. Prime location and you can escape to the beach in just a few steps. Kudos to receptionist Jem and guard Kuya Mike fas they’re very accommodating and friendly all throughout my stay. I wish there were signages on closing the door slowly though as some foreigners dont mind their own manners when sharing quarters. Some throw their tissues in the toilet and dont tend to flush it, not sure if it’s their culture but something Mad Monkey has no control over. Bonus points on having a lot of bathroom to choose from. They also offer FREE SHOTS at the bar during night party. I booked the bunk through Trip.com for only 648 pesos. When I tried yo extend my stay, it’ll cost me more than 3 times more. So book ahead at trip.com for cheaper prices.

A great hostel for socialising! Lots of people from all over the world, large rooms and a great overall vibe. They have comedy nights, bingo, karaoke and more. We really enjoyed our stay here. They also have motorcycle rental for around 400-500 pesos a day. Would highly recommend!

Location is kinda ok and staff is very polite. Unfortunately place is nothing much and kinda overpriced for what it is. It was alright experience but wouldn’t come back

The place is in the middle of everything. The rooms are outdated and smell moldy, which i found in entrance and bathroom moldy on top. Staff is great, super helpful. Food in kermit is OK, not the best. Breakfast if fine if you stay max 3days, because it becomes dull/you dont want to eat same again… in some hotels they clean your room even if you dont place the sign on the door, to be cleaned. In this hotel they demand if you want to be cleaned you have to put it in door which is new but okay. Staff did great, very hospitable, very professional and nice
