El hotel es muy agradable y ofrece servicios de calidad desde el personal del hotel. Venga con onsen y spa, así como grandes habitaciones y baños. Menos de 10 minutos en coche de la estación de Karuizawa, el centro de esquí y la Plaza del Príncipe Shopping. El hotel también ofrece servicios de transporte de autobuses gratuitos a través y hacia la estación de Karuizawa que son convenientemente accesibles al centro de esquí (servicios de transporte de autobuses gratuitos fuera de la salida sur de la estación de Karuizawa) y la Plaza del Príncipe Shopping. (cayendo piedra de la estación Karuizawa).

There are limited amenities when choosing the west cottages. The onsen and gym is only until 19:00, to which is often the time where we have dinner or arrive in the hotel from touring or shopping. So we were not able to use it on day 1. And on day 2, we were rushing to go back to the hotel just for it. 2. The small cottage doesn’t have any AC. It was hot at since it’s already mid Ma. They provided 1 electric fan for us. So be aware for those who chose the cottage accommodations.

El hotel se ha visto muy bien en la ciudad de Kusatsu, pero el servicio de oficina principal es eficiente, pero es un cursor en comparación con la hospitalidad que nos encontramos en la estancia de ryokan. El hotel está muy tranquilo y tiene un ambiente ”frio”. Me decepcionó más cuando nos mostraron nuestra habitación, que estaba en el piso más bajo con una vista simple del jardín. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Aunque me alegraba pagar la tarifa, no puedo ayudar, pero comparar su práctica con todos los hoteles que he estado en todos estos años, donde los cambios de habitación fueron complimentarios mientras el tipo de habitación permanece igual. No obstante, las instalaciones del hotel me encantaron enormemente y me disfruté de la experiencia general. El hotel se encuentra en una sala de comedor con una ventana de vidrio. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. El otro punto de atención del hotel es la instalación de lanzamiento, que se encuentra en un edificio separado en un terreno superior, accesible a través de un tranvía automático. Aparte de la vista de Asama en el exterior, hay un salón común que tiene una vista igualmente maravillosa de Asama. ¿Qué? ¡Volveré al Príncipe Asama y experimentaré el escenario durante una temporada diferente!

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!

Worthy, nice food and service. I love every details they put, walking on tatami and great decoration. And I can say this chain is one of the best hotel in japan. - Even room is small but lower bed makes it more spacious. And with no view room you still got sunlight dont worry. - Location is good, walkable from the station. - Breakfast is amazing! Freshly fried Tempura is authentic, also Gyudon and others also great. I love apple juice too. - Dont forget night soba and treats after onsen. - Onsen is good too but only indoor. - The rest area beside onsen is fantastic, in the morning with the view of Japanese alps they even have name of each mountain so cute. - Tips for restaurants nearby, there are izakaya food court like gathering all izakaya in one place and yiu can choose what you like

El precio no era muy caro, así que no esperábamos gran cosa. Sin embargo, todo fue realmente estupendo. El onsen público era grande y limpio. El desayuno fue realmente brillante: variedad de comida y un sabor delicioso. El único inconveniente es que está un poco lejos de la ciudad, pero no nos importó. Nos impresionó mucho. El hotel también ofrece bebidas y aperitivos gratuitos en todas partes. Además, en el salón hay bebidas y aperitivos gratis.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. I really liked my room — it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was that the window to the balcony didn’t open, though I suppose it was designed that way. The onsen was absolutely wonderful — spacious, relaxing, and with a beautiful view of a mountain river. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers many different areas for leisure and entertainment. You can play table tennis, relax in cozy rest zones, visit small cafés and shops — there’s a lot to explore without even leaving the building. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. However, due to the number of guests, it was a bit challenging for the staff to manage everything smoothly. On two occasions, someone almost took my table, even though I had already placed the reservation card on it to show it was taken. That said, the staff overall were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciated their attitude throughout my stay. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, with many families staying with young children. There are rooms with child-friendly designs and dedicated play areas, so if you’re looking for a quiet, adult-only atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

This is the first time I stayed at a Hoshino resort. Perhaps my expectations were too high.  Food quality was the best reason to stay here. The restaurant offers an elaborate menu. The onsen is the next big feature of the hotel. It was not as big as seen in the advertisement. Perhaps wide angle was used. Location was not great. Not much to do nearby. The free transfers to Omachi helped to kill time if you have no plan to ski at Hakuba.  Service was patchy. Below are two examples: 1) Asked reception about train tickets conditions in general but the response was we are not train company. We know that but would appreciate help in calling into the train company or checking their website in Japanese. 2) Over a supposedly fancy dinner, the server was rushing us to finish by asking us to move unfinished food items from one plate or another by ourselves to make space for the next dish. I would have expected the server to wait for us. On another occasion, the server left the next dish on the table, with lid closed, without explaining what it is. We were not sure if we should start eating or wait. The server came back in a few minutes realizing that she had not explained to us yet and apologized.  With better service and things to do nearby, the hotel will see happier customers.

Это был первый опыт горного отеля с горячими источниками. Очень приятно встретить персонал , говорящий на многих языках. Очень интеллигентная, спокойная, обстановка, настраивающая на незабываемый отдых. Всем рекомендую остаться здесь минимум на 2-3е суток, получите незабываемый опыт, который в будущем даст мысль об обязательном возвращении. Восторг! Может быть потому что всего лишь второй раз в Японии? Очень приятные воспоминания.
