La habitación es como suele ser habitual en hoteles de negocios. Ofrece café de cortesía y ozachuke, que estaba delicioso. Está a poca distancia a pie de las calles Matsumoto. Lawson también está convenientemente ubicado en la puerta. Sin embargo, no hay aparcamiento gratuito. Las aguas termales son modernas y suficientes.

The rooms (just regular guests rooms, not even the premium ones) were very spacious and comfortable given their price. The warm atmosphere was very healing and I loved being able to bathe in hot springs after a tiring day of snowsports! Although the hotel seemed quiet from the outside, we saw many guests staying inside and it was a pretty lively atmosphere, which is something I like. The landscape is quite lovely too. Although there was little natural snow, the slopes were still fine to ski on due to their artificial snow machines. The slopes were very beginner-friendly as well, however, as they get more frequently used through the day, they tend to become really icy and difficult to ski on. Overall, I had a great time! It was a shame that there wasn’t snowy weather to match.

I chosen Cottage A to stay in. While there is nothing much to complain about the cute cottage, personally it is a bit too small for me. But nice environment, good and helpful staff and a very convenient shuttle system to bring you around. You can also call an internal shuttle service that can ferry you from your cottage to the newer West hotel for their buffet breakfast. Otherwise you can eat at the East Hotel for either a Japanese meal set breakfast or a Western style set breakfast. The bread is really good and soft. The outlet shopping mall is accessed by their half hourly shuttle bus and you can do your premium shopping there and eat at their various restaurants or at their food court style food outlets.

lovely hotel with excellent service. has a beautiful spa. but the shower in the room was a little dirty. the breakfast was wonderful though.

La ubicación es un poco mala porque está muy lejos de todo y no hay opciones de comida cerca. Si tienes coche, no hay problema. Sin embargo, el buffet es carísimo: 8000 yenes por persona. Parece que el detergente que usaron en las sábanas me irritó la piel. Sin embargo, su atención al cliente fue fantástica, al igual que sus aguas termales.

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel! Very nice view and staff are very polite and willing to answer many questions. Outdoor area is very big that we could take bicycles with kids. Also there are kids outdoor playground that can spend whole day there.

El desayuno es bueno, pero el almuerzo es demasiado caro. Es un hotel con acceso directo a las pistas de esquí de Cortina, por lo que es conveniente si te quedas en el hotel durante todo el día. Pero las condiciones de la carretera pueden ser terribles en los días de nieve. Muchos coches no pueden acceder a las pistas de esquí desde la carretera principal, incluso si están equipados con neumáticos para nieve.

Está cerca de la estación Yudanaka, si vas a unos 200 metros del hotel, hay una terminal de autobuses del lado de Yudanaka. La estación de esquí Shiga Kogen y Snow Monkey son fácilmente accesibles. Hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca a 100 metros de distancia, pero no hay muchas tiendas cercanas abiertas, por lo que no hay mucho que ver. Sin embargo, puedes disfrutar de muchas aguas termales y una sala de juegos en el hotel. También hay una máquina de masajes para que puedas divertirte en su interior. La comida es tipo buffet, pero me gustó mucho el nabe de ternera para la cena. ¡¡No puedo olvidar que puedes cenar vino, cerveza y sake ilimitados!!👍 La mayoría son familiares, amigos y compañeros de trabajo, por lo que hay mucha gente mayor. Disfruten juntos de la comodidad de una estación de esquí y una fuente termal. Si quieres disfrutarlo te lo recomiendo!!! ¿El personal también fue amable y agradable?

Un hotel muy viejo y maloliente. El edificio es muy viejo. El único olor agradable provenía de recepción. Al llegar a nuestra planta, el olor era simplemente horrible, como a ropa vieja. La habitación era enorme, pero por lo demás inservible. El baño era viejo, y tanto el baño como la ducha eran una pesadilla. Los muebles junto a la ventana eran tan viejos que se podían encontrar mejores en la basura. Abrimos el armario y olía tan mal que quería salir corriendo de allí sin mirar atrás, y por eso, el precio empezó en 200 $ y fue subiendo. ¿En serio ofrecen esto a la gente? Intentamos reservar el desayuno anoche, pero se negaron, diciendo que no había sitio. Llegamos por la mañana y había dos personas desayunando, pero no había sitio para nosotros dos. ¡Menudo chiste! Además, nos llevaron al parque de los monos y luego a la estación de tren. Gracias. Conclusión: Ni siquiera con anestesia general deberían alojarse aquí. ¡Derribar el edificio hasta sus cimientos y construir uno nuevo!
