Location: Near to Karuizawa train station (approximately 15 min walk to hotel west) and 10min walk to shopping mall. 5 min shuttle bus to reach ski area. Room: Clean and comfortable. But the bath powder is like toilet detergent scent. Amenities: there is Family mart operates until 11pm in hotel west. Service: Front desk lady can’t really speak English and hard to communicate. The man at cloakroom is unfriendly. Shuttle bus service: Shuttle bus service provided within the shopping area, hotel east and west. However, the instruction is unclear to us. When we queued up for the bus to station, the hotel staff did not inform us the bus was here and to align the bus but just change the next bus arrival timing. Until entire lane of the guests missed the bus. We had to walk all the way to station with our huge luggage. Snow Park: No clear direction or sign board to go snow park from hotel east. The snow park area is kinda small and suitable for young kid (below 7 years old). It is boring for kid above 7 years old.

Location is great, near to the ginza shopping street. Very large room, 70m2. Onsen is great. Breakfast is soso, not much choices.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. I really liked my room — it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was that the window to the balcony didn’t open, though I suppose it was designed that way. The onsen was absolutely wonderful — spacious, relaxing, and with a beautiful view of a mountain river. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers many different areas for leisure and entertainment. You can play table tennis, relax in cozy rest zones, visit small cafés and shops — there’s a lot to explore without even leaving the building. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. However, due to the number of guests, it was a bit challenging for the staff to manage everything smoothly. On two occasions, someone almost took my table, even though I had already placed the reservation card on it to show it was taken. That said, the staff overall were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciated their attitude throughout my stay. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, with many families staying with young children. There are rooms with child-friendly designs and dedicated play areas, so if you’re looking for a quiet, adult-only atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Very decent hotel with good services from the hotel staff. Come with onsen & spa facilities as well as large size rooms and bathrooms. Less than 10 minutes car ride from the Karuizawa station, ski centre and the Prince Shopping Plaza. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus services through and forth to the Karuizawa station which conveniently accessible to the ski centre (free shuttle bus services outside the South exit of the Karuizawa station) and the Prince Shopping Plaza (stone throw from Karuizawa station).

Bañera: sólo en el primer piso, la habitación no tiene ningún lugar, y hay que correr cada vez; lavavajillas: sólo en el primer piso, y cerca de la sopa de hombre, es más sencillo, no hay lavavajillas y cuidados de la piel. Aunque el cuarto tiene aire acondicionado y aire acondicionado, la temperatura general no es alta, un poco fría, pero por sorpresa, el maíz es muy caliente y se ve especialmente el pañuelo de la guarida de Xiang. One of the best onsen hotels ever for a good price value! It’s about under 10minute walk from Matsumoto Station situated in a quiet corner of the main road. You have to take off your shoes and store them at the front entrance shoe lockers, because the entire hotel floor is tatami (good experience). Front desk staff very hospitable as they even help to wipe your luggage wheels clean. Room is also entirely tatami, pretty spacious, and very clean. Appreciate that the air conditioner can be toggled between heating & cooling, instead of centralized conditioning. There’s a small private shower cubicle. There’s a free welcome snack in the fridge everyday. At 9:30pm-11pm, there’s even free “Yonaki Soba Noodles”. The public onsen itself was also great, with both indoor and outdoor options. The bed is of a low bed frame slightly mimicking futon style, it was a good night sleep. Definitely will be back to any of their similar chains across Japan!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

El hotel está situado a una distancia muy lejana de la estación de Karuizawa JR y ofrece un servicio de autobús cada media hora al sur de la estación. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero el autobús es muy pequeño y puede estar lleno a veces, lo que hace que las personas se apresuren al autobús. Por lo tanto, puede depositar su equipaje en el centro de la clientela junto a la parada de autobús y transferirlos al hotel para usted. No me pareció que el hotel no publicara el servicio suficiente, ya que es muy útil y eficaz para crear más espacio para pasajeros en el autobús. El desayuno en el hotel no es un buffet, así que fue al hotel del Príncipe Karuizawa West para tomar el desayuno en su lugar.
