I really enjoyed my stay here.It is conveniently located nearl Sendai Station.The public bath was perfect for relaxation and the breakfast was tasty and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable and had a wonderful stayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers.

Very cosy room, the room was just enough for two people, very good breakfast, even though the dishes are the same every day. The public bath is not big, and I really dislike that a female staff member walks into the men's changing room where people are completely naked.

Nice food and onsen Hotel a bit far from station so better stay when you have a car. - Room is average, small like usual Japanese hotel. - Breakfast is good and beef stew so good. - Free night soba, i feel like each prefecture have different soba style, Sendai have more fresh and tlil tangy soup. - Onsen is what I love the most, cause they have outdoor area too. In the cold weather is so relax. Also there 7-11 nearby by driving and many good restaurants. Front desk is average but staff at restaurants is lovely. BIG NOTE: Sendai has one of the most beautiful Sakura 🌸 in Japan, wish the traveler come here for it and dont stick at only Tokyo. Even sakura at the station is lovely but at the park is the best!

Free soba and hot onsen on night really appetizing during winter. Full facilities such as laundry, free ice cream, and enjoy comic lounge. Breakfast like a local. Surely would come again in the next trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hot springs here were very good. On the other hand, the bathroom in the room is very small. However, the windows in our room were large and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast is varied and is self-served, so you can eat as much as you want. Dinner is very sumptuous. Sashimi and other dishes were very tasty. The air conditioning in the rooms is centrally controlled and the heating does not come on at this time of year, even though the temperature is only 10°C at night. If you are cold, you can tell the staff to bring you an extra blanket. The walls of the rooms are thin and you can hear the noise and singing of the neighbours(lol)

Amazing view and at a quiet area just a few minutes from the Sendai Station. One negative experience was that this hotel basically does not offer any English speaking TV channels and only has access to Youtube or VOD. Youtube could not be logged in as a guest and the guest is required to login using their personal email accounts. This for me was the 1st time of such an experience ,while staff was polite language is definitely a problem .

Let down by cleanliness. The white sheets for the bed were nice and clean but the duvet cover was a disgrace. It had various encrusted stains and was revolting. Otherwise it was a nice hotel with pleasant staff. Just a real shocker with the bedding. There was lots of scaffolding for work on the building but that wasn’t really a problem for us. We drove there and there was free parking. We arrived quite late in the evening and just managed to get a space.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable. La habitación no tenía ducha (pero tenía un baño y una bañera separada con tocador). El asiento es gratuito para todos los huéspedes y es realmente un must! El desayuno era muy bueno, también! El estacionamiento es gratis.

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Great view from the window (very large one). Great onsen experience, especially, the 4 types of different private onsen rooms. And, of course, the great dinner the hotel offers.

Así que usan una actitud para preocuparse a los huéspedes durante dos días consecutivos! Probar que la calidad del servicio de hotel no es adecuada! Sintiéndose realmente que esperan a la familia para comer! ¡Qué alto es el gasto en restaurantes, aire libre y habitaciones! Su actitud de servicio es mejor que lo imaginaba! ¡Esperamos volver la próxima vez ⋯! ¡No soy un dios de comida, no escribo un comentario! ¡Haz un pequeño consejo al hotel: ¡haz el primer traje de aeródromo!
