We chose this resort as it was the nearest to Ogizawa station to start our alpine route. Stayed 2 nights in the family room and kids love the bunk bed and had fun swimming and playing in the kids club. Had our meals at Eden and Botanica. Food was good, abit pricy for dinner (though kids eat free). Front desk service was great starting from the time I emailed my queries and having birthday cake arranged for my girl. Will definitely consider this hotel if we are ever back here again.

The room size was good and the beds were very comfortable. The view in the room was a highlight, overlooking a beautiful green garden with mountains in the background. Walking around the hotel was very enjoyable. The entire area is lush and green, and there is also a lake which adds to the atmosphere. There is an activity area as well, although it is mostly designed for kids and requires an extra fee. Bicycle rental is available, but it was surprisingly expensive, probably the highest I have seen in Japan. The onsen was unfortunately closed for two out of our three nights. We were able to use the onsen at East hotel, but it was not as good as the one in our hotel. A nice touch was the coffee. There is a popular coffee shop in town called Mikado, and the hotel provided their drip coffee for free every day. It was excellent, and when we asked for more, they kindly provided it again at no extra charge. There is also a FamilyMart inside the hotel, which carries some unique regional products. That was quite interesting and a nice detail. The shuttle bus service was always on time, and the drivers were kind and friendly. The nearby shopping mall, which is part of the hotel area, offers many popular brands at relatively good prices. It feels more like an outlet, with slightly older products, but still great for shopping. There are also a few good restaurant options within the mall. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, it was a good stay.

The atmosphere is great. There's ski rental and shops for shopping. There's also an onsen. I really liked this place and will go back again. The breakfast was delicious.

⭐Really enjoyed my stay at Courtyard Hakuba! The room was impressively spacious — we could fully open all our luggage without feeling cramped, which is a big plus especially when traveling with winter gear. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, and the onsen was perfect after a long day out. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Comfortable, convenient, and great for a Hakuba getaway. Would definitely return!

Hoteles en El País Vasco: Este hotel es un hotel agradable en esta zona. El cuarto es amplio, camas confortables. La ubicación es un poco fuera de la zona popular. Es bueno si estás conduciendo. El desayuno es agradable con la mayoría de las cosas que necesitas. La zona de baño de la gente también es bastante grande con baño exterior.
