Hoteles con Spa en Prefectura de Mie, Japón

Hotel was well located and easy to find. Room was comfortable but no housekeeping if you stay consecutive nights. Fresh towels were just placed in a bag and hung outside our door. They did not enter the room to clear rubbish nor place the fresh towels or make the beds even though I specifically requested it. Carpark was free. Coin laundry was also available.

We stayed at ocean view the staff was absolutely amazing.We had japanese course for dinner absolutely great the lobster and abalone steaks were excellent and breakfast too..The bad side is the club lounge not available and the guest room toilet was old and not totally clean there is hair on the floor disappointing 🙁

Es la segunda vez, pero las instalaciones son amplias y cómodas, 々. El calor también es muy cómodo. Algunos productos de la tienda no tienen precio. Al preguntar a la recepción, lo examinaron, pero cuando preguntaba ”¿Está envasado solo?”, parecía que no lo sabía, así que empujé debajo del sofá. Eso es lo que dice ”envasado por separado”. Me alegro de que este restaurante sea muy delicioso (carne de vacuno de Eden), barato, pero el guía de viaje se siente bien, pero los extranjeros parecen no saber nada sobre el sapo. Los japoneses locales explican detalladamente el paquete de licor. Cospa es bueno, puedo relajarme, así que quiero usarlo de nuevo.

We drove from Kyoto. The hotel is close to expressway. VISON is like a must visit for traveller i think. There are so many good restaurants, cafe, shop and grocery stores inside. The hotel lies in Vison. The breakfast is superb. Please try Tempura!

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

相変わらずルートインさんの朝食は満足しますね。 ただ、部屋の作りがコテージ風になっているためフロントからの移動が結構しんどいです。（私年寄りなんで） でも万が一火災が起きてもすぐに避難できる点も高層ビルホテルと違って安心できる点だと思います。 朝食の開始時間の時の長蛇の列にはびっくりしましたけど、部屋から混み具合が見られるので空いた時間を見て食べられました。朝一で出発する人は大変だと思います。

良かった点 ホテルのスタッフの対応は皆さんとても良かったです 食事は種類も多く、品切れ等もなく美味しかったです お部屋もキレイに掃除されて、エキストラベットを使用しても余裕でした また、お部屋にウォーターサーバーがあり、お湯も冷水も直ぐに利用できました 改善してほしい点 サウナとお風呂が離れていて、サウナには水風呂もなく、とても残念でした お風呂はあの規模の部屋数にしては小さいので、混む時は大変でした 食事は座席が決められてないので、4人席以上を探すのに苦労しました また、食べ放題飲み放題なので、残される方が多くて片付けをするスタッフさんが大変そうでした Tripで申し込みましたが、申し込みと同時にカード決済されたので少し心配で、後日、ホテルに予約の確認をしましたが、Tripからきた予約番号などは該当なく名前と電話番号等でやっと確認取れました 無事に宿泊出来ましたが、少しドキドキでした もう少しスムーズになると安心です

Es un antiguo hotel tradicional que tiene una relación de rendimiento de precios extremadamente buena. El personal es extremadamente amable y prematura, además, la zona es extremadamente tranquila y las habitaciones son enormes para el precio

チェックインの時間を過ぎてしまいましたが、とても快く迎えてくれました。チェックアウト時も帰り方を心配してくれて、電車の時間など親切に教えて頂きとても助かりました！部屋からの海の眺めは素敵でした。
