•the hotel is very big and it take a long walk from the lobby to the room and the room to the onsen •the room was decorated simply muji style and was spacious •the onsens was near the lobby and the water is not hotspring water but herbal/floral water •although the onsen was spacious but the onsen was dirty; there are hair floating on the surface of the water everywhere •the onsen outdoor is only lukewarm and there were insects floating • there are shampoo and shower cream provided but there are no body lotion provided in the makeup room the hairdryer is not good •you have to make reservationfor the breakfast in the morning beforehand otherwise our choice might not be available •you can choose to eat breakfast from 5-6 restaurants and there is time slots to choose from •we chose the 9:00am time slot for the ochazake set it was a traditional japanese breakfast some of is didn’t enjoy it because it has too limited choice •we walked around the hotel it was huge we went to the organic farm house to shop for local goods and went to drink coffee sarutahiko the cofee and matcha was soo goodd must try!

Stay for one night to visit the Shima Spain Village. The location is a little bit far from the main station. However, the hotel have shuttle bus service and we could arrive the destination smoothly. The room is clean, the free hot spring (onsen) is good, the buffet-style breakfast is not bad, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a nice stay.

お伊勢参りの際に家族で泊まりました。 受付、レストラン、シャトルバスの送迎の方と皆さんとても親切で丁寧な接客で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 夜食フレンチのコース、朝食ビュッフェともに美味しかったです。 特に朝食は色々なものがあったので、本当につけてよかったなと思いました。 お部屋の水回りは設備は古く水圧も少し弱いですが、綺麗してあり、リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーがあったのはよかったです。温泉に入れるので特にマイナス要素ではありませんでした。 温泉のパールの湯が綺麗で、あがってからも全身キラキラとしていて嬉しかったです。売店でお土産に買って帰りました。 一応スキンケアセットを持ってきましたが、必要ありませんでした。 両親も喜んでくれたので、ここにしてよかったです。

¡Me alegro de que bebamos en el salón y que el suministro de comidas sin límites! ¡También es muy divertido jugar al póquer, al póquer, al juego, etc! Creo que es un hotel ideal para un alojamiento temprano y un tiempo relajado.

温泉がとても清潔で湯質もよいのでお気に入りのホテルです。伊賀市に用事があるときはいつもサンピアさんにお世話になっています。 今回はレストランで晩酌セットをいただきました。どのおつまみもお酒に合う美味しいものばかりでした。 冷奴の量多いかなー😅って思ったのですがお豆腐がとてもおいしくてぺろっと消えました。

海邊的小旅店，離二見浦非常近。雖然內部有些老舊了，但是很乾凈而且外部很新。老闆很熱情很愛交談（在你會日語的情況下）告訴了我許多附近交通，景點等情報。唯一美中不足的是廁所洗漱台的水龍頭，沒有熱水而且會漏水，得很大力把水龍頭擰緊才行。

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.

Lo uso como celebración familiar.Las instalaciones son hermosas, pero lo más importante es que me siento entusiasta y hermosa del servicio del personal. Debido al terremoto ruso, el tren se detuvo y el transporte desapareció, pero prolongó el tiempo de salida y me dio una respuesta caliente. La comida es muy deliciosa y todas las comidas son educadas. El desayuno de buffet también es muy satisfactorio con los menús japoneses y occidentales. Solicité la mañana de la mañana, y desde la mañana, he podido sentir el grito y el viento de los pájaros en un espacio abierto alrededor de los árboles verdes en las instalaciones y comenzar una buena mañana. En la próxima visita, me gustaría disfrutar de la navegación.

相変わらずルートインさんの朝食は満足しますね。 ただ、部屋の作りがコテージ風になっているためフロントからの移動が結構しんどいです。（私年寄りなんで） でも万が一火災が起きてもすぐに避難できる点も高層ビルホテルと違って安心できる点だと思います。 朝食の開始時間の時の長蛇の列にはびっくりしましたけど、部屋から混み具合が見られるので空いた時間を見て食べられました。朝一で出発する人は大変だと思います。

妻とシングル2部屋に宿泊。部屋は広くはありませんが、机とミニソファの配置がよく、テレビを見ながら寝落ちしそうでした。アメニティも充実しており大浴場も利用しませんでしたがありました。しかもWOWOWが視聴できたのは最高でした。
