The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful scenery. However, the facilities are spread out across different areas of the mountain. In particular, the restaurants are mostly located downhill, and guests need to walk long distances using stairs or escalators. This layout is not very suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The male staff member who handled our check-in was clearly unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions or properly introduce the hotel facilities. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner, but when we asked which restaurant we should go to for meals, he simply told us to make a reservation online. When we explained that we were unable to do so and asked for his assistance, it turned out that he did not know how to use the system himself. He also did not seek help from his colleagues, resulting in a long delay. Eventually, he told us that only one restaurant accepted walk-in guests. After making our way down to that restaurant, the staff there informed us that dinner was not included at that location. Fortunately, the restaurant staff helped us by making a phone call and discovered that the hotel had already arranged our dinner reservation at a specific restaurant in advance. This made us question whether the check-in staff had provided incorrect or careless information. The breakfast arrangements were also very disappointing. The breakfast menu listed around ten options, but almost all of the Japanese-style breakfast slots were already fully booked. We had checked in at around 5:00 p.m., which made this situation even more unreasonable. Afterward, we noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding the hotel’s poor dining arrangements. The bathing area was visually appealing, but the amenities were very limited. There was no water dispenser, facial cleansing products, or skincare items provided—only a hair dryer. In summary, the hotel’s hardware and design are quite good and tasteful, but the service quality and overall management are extremely poor.

家族のお祝い旅行として利用しました。施設も綺麗で素敵ですが何よりスタッフのサービスが暖かく素晴らしいと感じました。ロシアの地震の影響で電車が止まり交通手段が無くなったのですが、チェックアウトの時間を延長してくださって心温まるご対応をしてくださいました。 お食事も大変美味しく、一つ一つのお料理が丁寧でした。朝食のビュッフェも和食、洋食と食べきれない程の種類のメニューで大変満足しました。朝ヨガを申し込み、朝から施設内の緑に囲まれた開放感溢れる空間で鳥のさえずりと風を感じて素敵な朝のスタートを切ることができました。 次に訪れる際にはクルージングなども楽しみたいです、

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.

La suite del hotel es de 100 m2 y es enorme. Nuestro apartamento estaba con 3 futones, perfecto para 3 caballeros. El enorme baño estaba bien entregado con las mejores instalaciones cosméticas y toallas fluffy. Todo en el refrigerador era gratis, incluso los vinos. Pero no consumimos nada. El salón del club en el quinto piso ya estaba bien entregado con todo tipo de snacks, bebidas y vinos, abiertos de la mañana a la tarde de la noche. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

お伊勢参りの際に家族で泊まりました。 受付、レストラン、シャトルバスの送迎の方と皆さんとても親切で丁寧な接客で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 夜食フレンチのコース、朝食ビュッフェともに美味しかったです。 特に朝食は色々なものがあったので、本当につけてよかったなと思いました。 お部屋の水回りは設備は古く水圧も少し弱いですが、綺麗してあり、リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーがあったのはよかったです。温泉に入れるので特にマイナス要素ではありませんでした。 温泉のパールの湯が綺麗で、あがってからも全身キラキラとしていて嬉しかったです。売店でお土産に買って帰りました。 一応スキンケアセットを持ってきましたが、必要ありませんでした。 両親も喜んでくれたので、ここにしてよかったです。

酒店設施：房間很寬敞，床鋪也很舒服。雖然酒店有一點老了，但是還比較乾淨舒適。前台不論是中文工作人員還是日本工作人員服務都特別熱情周到，房間製冷有問題，他們也都及時處理了。酒店有免費咖啡冰茶，還有住客免費的大浴池，洗浴後還有好吃的水果冰棒。早餐很好吃，品種豐富，以日式風格為主，但是建議每天有菜品輪換，住了三晚，第三天的早飯已經有點兒膩了。 酒店周邊交通：酒店附近交通比較便利，三四分鐘路程有兩個公交站和近鐵志摩橫山站。去近鐵站和西班牙村酒店還有免費巴士，但是需要提前預約，預約晚了可能早班就沒有位置了。如果買了志摩四日超級護照，近鐵和三重巴士隨便坐，更方便。 餐飲購物：酒店一層有個小型物產店，有一些伊勢特產可以看看。酒店周邊有餐飲店和小酒屋，便利店要步行7.8分鐘。大超市要走15分鐘。

Transporte: Tome el tren Shimakaze a Kashikojima; el trayecto dura aproximadamente dos horas y media. Contacte con el hotel con antelación para que le recojan en la estación de Kashikojima. El hotel no ofrece servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, pero puede gestionar el alquiler de un coche para los huéspedes. El transporte es bastante incómodo. Instalaciones: Las instalaciones son excelentes. El estilo interior de los tres hoteles Aman en Japón es muy similar, y las habitaciones y las zonas comunes están bien mantenidas. Servicio: El servicio es excelente. Comida: Debido a la ubicación remota del hotel, no hay restaurantes cerca, por lo que todas las comidas se realizaron en el hotel. La comida del restaurante fue sorprendentemente buena (pensaba que no lo sería). Es necesario reservar mesa para cenar con antelación, ya que el hotel está completo los días festivos y las reservas para la cena en el restaurante también están completas. Tendrá que esperar hasta las 20:30 o cenar en el bar. Si elige cenar en el bar, no podrá pedir shabu-shabu. El menú del almuerzo es diferente; es una comida sencilla, pero aceptable. El primer menú del día era un menú normal que incluía un plato de ternera con una salsa verde exquisita; la usé para mezclarla con arroz. El segundo menú del día incluía shabu-shabu, con opciones de langosta de Ise, ternera de Matsusaka y ternera local; elegí la ternera local. La salsa marrón rojiza del shabu-shabu estaba absolutamente deliciosa. Actividades: Se pueden solicitar guías de habla china para las excursiones por Ise. El hotel no nos envió un correo electrónico con antelación para informarnos sobre las actividades ni para consultar sobre los preparativos. Muchas actividades no estaban disponibles al registrarnos. Resumen: Aparte del transporte poco práctico y la falta de comunicación previa por correo electrónico sobre las actividades durante mi estancia, todo estuvo bien.

11月3日是津市本地的一個節日，酒店基本沒什麼空房間了。我們提前2個星期定的時侯東橫l N N已經定不上，衹好選擇還有空房的環球景觀酒店。看了評論覺得這酒店很一般，但沒得選。入住後感覺並不差，比東橫還要好些，最重要的是含早餐而且早餐很好吃，比東橫酒店的早餐好吃多了品種也多些。對商務酒店來説，整體感覺很不錯，性價比很高。位置就在東橫INN的旁邊，距J R站距離步行幾分鐘，推薦！
