Incredible sea views from room’s balcony, pool and breakfast restaurant. Room a little dated with sticky floors, just wear bedroom slippers. Toilet is clean. Superb location!! Hotel was 3 mins walk to bus stop that takes you to Giardini train station. And 5 mins walk to the heart of town. Try Bam Bar’s granita & have dinner after sundown at any of the restaurants nearby.

Our bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect respite after a day of exploring. From our room, we were treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, where olive trees and winery vines stretched as far as the eye could see. The tranquility of this environment is unmatched; it’s the kind of peaceful retreat that rejuvenates the soul. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful donkey family that resides on the property. Each time we called out their names—Daddy Donkey Carmelo, Mom Antonella, and their son Vitina—they would come trotting over when they hear calling their names, bringing smiles and laughter to our days. Their playful presence truly added a unique charm to our experience. FYI, they love apples! We are so grateful to have chosen Feudo Del Biviere for our getaway. It’s a place that feels like home, wrapped in the beauty of nature and filled with warmth. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, already dreaming of our next visit. Servicio de primera, estructura muy refinada y acogedora, limpieza impecable, excelente desayuno, cena a cargo de un chef destacado. ¡Para ser rehecho pronto!

Hotel bardzo czysty. Obsługa super. Śniadania niestety pozostawiaja wiele do życzenia. Ale grafitykacja jest super kawa.

The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic. The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment. On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning. it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment. However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool. You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on. A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on. It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.

Habíamos estado allí hace 2 meses y ahora volvimos con nuestra hija sobre todo para el centro de bienestar, la única diferencia y que en comparación con antes de que era ilimitado ahora es 70 minutos y debemos hacer todo rápido. Habitación limpia pero pequeña y la tercera cama era un silla de cama, desayuno excelente con vistas maravillosas, recomendado.

This is a hotel with very modern and fashionable design in a very ancient mansion. The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. I truly enjoyed my stay. The only downside is its location for people who drove, but if you can make it the hotel (please don't make the same mistake I did by following Google maps; better look at the map figure which route has only drivable wide roads) will get someone to drive your car to another parking location and drive back for you when checking out. This would a upside if you get here without driving.

Una muy buena ubicación frente al Parque Arqueologico de manera de organizar el paseo con eficacia. Muy cerca de Ortigia, no fuimos caminando por el tremendo calor. Muy buena disposición de los empleados y buenas las habitaciones.

Una de nuestras estancias más agradables durante nuestra viaje de 12 días alrededor de Sicilia. Después de aterrizar en el aeropuerto de Catania, nos dirigimos todo el camino a Dimora Cottanera, llegando después de oscuridad. Estaba aquí por tres noches y no estaba cansado. La piscina de la infinidad fue muy fría en noviembre, pero nos disfrutamos de la sauna y el baño de aire libre.
