We stayed there for one night. It's a apartment/hotel. The room was a decent size without the kitchenette area. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff as a usual Lebanese hospitality. It's located right in front of Falamanki and Bay Rock restaurant. The location is perfect and close to a lot of place, it takes 12 minutes walk to Hamra Street.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Royal Tulip Achrafieh and overall had a very positive experience. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest assets—right in the heart of Achrafieh, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key areas of Beirut. It’s convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and good sound insulation, which made it easy to rest despite the busy neighborhood. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive without being intrusive. Service was generally solid. The staff were polite and helpful, especially at the front desk, where check-in and check-out were smooth. While not overly personalized, the service was efficient and professional. Breakfast was varied and of good quality, though it can get a bit busy during peak hours. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some areas of the hotel feel slightly dated compared to newer properties in Beirut, but this doesn’t significantly impact the overall comfort. In summary, Royal Tulip Achrafieh offers a reliable and comfortable stay in a prime location. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel room is very nice, large, and comfortable. The hotel is modern and unique. You are located right next to the American University in Bliss street. The thing I didn't like was the gym has no lights and was a bit too small and narrow. They also did not have body wash which was very strange and when I informed them, they said that they only provide hand sanitizer.

El hotel es hermoso, limpio y la ubicación es muy central. Sin embargo, la piscina interior en el spa estaba vacía en el medio del día cuando intentamos usarla. Servicio alrededor de la piscina exterior era un poco lento para los precios que está pagando. Sin embargo, el mayor problema era el estacionamiento. Sentíamos que nos estaban tomando un viaje, nos dijeron que un parking de día completo era $25 que pagamos, a pesar de que es un precio realmente extortinante para la zona, sin embargo al final de nuestra estancia nos dijeron que los $25 cubren 8 horas sólo así que nos encontramos En total, pagamos $59 por alrededor de 20 horas de estacionamiento que suena extremo, no mencionar la manera ruda que se nos pide para pagar. Esa fue la experiencia que esperaba, no es probable que vuelva, lo cual es una vergüenza porque es un hotel tan histórico y hermoso.

Cerca del mar, el servicio es mejor, pero las instalaciones de la habitación son relativamente viejas

Very good hotel near the mall,but no parking if you have a car you have to pay extra 7$ for your car,that's already wroten but i didnt notice.

Местоположение у отеля хорошее, номер понравился, завтрак на троечку, каждый день одно и то же, хумус и соусы кисловатые, яйца заветренные. Также была неприятная ситуация, которая выяснилась, когда мы уже выселились. Сейф в номере не работал и мы в ящике под вещами оставляли кошелек с деньгами. И позже обнаружили, что не хватает 100$. Нигде, кроме как в отеле они пропасть не могли. Так что советую всем быть бдительными, никакие деньги в номере не оставлять и настаивать на исправном сейфе. Видимо обслуживающий персонал, занимающийся номерами в этом отеле недобросовестный.

The hotel was good and pleasant, lost power is a normal thing in Lebanon. The hotel has very good back up battery for that and return with electricity within 1 minute. The only thing was that the water for shower is somehow salty, despite this point, I will return again.
