Es absolutamente la mejor aldea de vacaciones de Mena, aunque la ubicación está un poco lejos de la ciudad (pero el paisaje del mar absolutamente hermoso debe estar lejos de la ciudad), tiene su propio puerto y submercado. ¿Quiénes son sus familias, por qué no los chinos viven? Me quedé a las 2:00 p.m., llegó más de una hora antes, con bebidas y sandwiches de bienvenida (que realmente no me había imaginado), muy intimidad. Para los submarinos, esta debe ser una buena aldea de vacaciones, con sus propias submarinas, sus propias vacaciones de paseo y sus horarios diarios de submarinos, realmente más que lo esperaba, la próxima vez que llegue a Menado, volveré a cocotinas. La recepción es muy agradable, el personal es increíblemente amable. La habitación era muy vieja. La cama era más profunda en el medio que en los bordes, por lo que no dormimos muy bien porque nos resbalábamos como en una colina. El baño es muy viejo, solo hay dos toallas de cuerpo, ninguna toalla para las manos o el suelo. No usamos la piscina, que parece buena.

The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

First the service was bad, we ordered 3 french fries and 1 banana fritter at the pool, only arrived 2 french fries ( 1 french fries and banana arrived 1 hour later, they brought in the room). Second, no information about the breakfast policy for kids. After we enter the dining area while the kids having their breakfast suddenly the staff comes and informed us that we must pay extra for the kids. And we said, no information about that, the staff said it is on the breakfast voucher which the font super small and no one can read that. Next time better, but I dont think staying in this hotel again near future. Despite the facility, the service was bad.

The staff are 5.star, very kind and warm. But don't expect fast food service. The staff are professionals. The coffeeshop serves.good selection of coffee.and teas, snacks. The dining room, with breakfast buffet and àla carte menu.offers. value and quality food. The front office staff is also. Very efficient and allowed late.check.out.
