La habitación es muy grande, el camarero de la recepción del hotel es muy entusiasta, nos lleva a la habitación personalmente! El desayuno es muy bueno! También hay un punto de bienvenida para la estadía! Vale la pena recomendar

En el hotel, en el centro de Ensana Nové Lázně, nos disfrutamos de una estancia muy positiva. El hotel es un hotel muy bonito y tiene un encanto histórico. Un poco más de flexibilidad en este sentido haría la experiencia del desayuno más agradable. We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

Einfach wunderschön ein Traum großes Zimmer vom feinsten und ein wunderbares reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal vom Frühstück bis zur Rezeption einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen und mehrmals etwas klein aber dennoch das Schwimmbad benutzt da kann man relaxen und es sich gut gehen lassen wir kommen garantiert wieder.

I booked this hotel for my Mom. And she loved it: the staff was accommodating and caring, great location and delicious meals. Highly recommended

Es war wieder super, man kann das Auto auf dem großen Parkplatz parken für 50 Kronen pro Tag oder direkt beim Hotel kostet etwas mehr. Auto kann man stehen lassen zur Stadt fährt direkt ein Bus hin kostet nur 18 Kronen pro Person.

El hotel en sí era impecable. Sin embargo, al hacer la reserva desconocía que mi habitación no se encontraba en el edificio principal (Figura 2). Para ir al desayuno y a la sauna, tenía que cruzar la calle. Espero que esto se mencione en la información de la habitación. El hecho de estar ubicado frente al edificio principal (Figura 1) afectó negativamente mi experiencia; me sentí como en un hotel de 3 estrellas. Claro que el precio sería diferente.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

It was absolutely amazing experience to stay here. The hotel is located very centre of tourist area with lots of choices of restaurants and cafes. The interior and the room were stunning. Limited time slots if check-in and out might be inconvenient for some, but we arrived and left during daytime, so it was not a problem for us. The breakfast was also very tasty, albeit service was a bit inconsistent (the menu was provided on the first day but not on the second day and limited choice). Overall, we had very good time and we would love to stay here again.
