Fabuloso
UUsuario invitadoLa primera noche, la habitación estaba demasiado cerca de la calle, no había descanso, las dos noches después se reemplazaron por el problema de la habitación, el hotel local era relativamente poco, y había muchas personas de vacaciones en los fines de semana.
UUsuario invitadoAt check in, I requested for the sofa bed to be made and receptionist promised it would already have been made up. We opened the sofa bed in the evening and turns out the sofa bed wasn’t made up. Receptionist said there was no longer any housekeeping after 4pm so they passed us sheets and bedding to make the bed ourself. However the duvet was damp and stank badly of sweat and I had to request for another one. Was given another “duvet” that was actually a mattress protector. By that time after multiple trips to the lobby (no phone in the room to call the front desk) we just made do with it but was uncomfortable as it did not fit well. Next day after the day out, we returned and found the room was not tidied despite there supposed to be housekeeping. Beds barely made, duvets just thrown on haphazardly, pillows not arranged, towels unchanged. The sofa bed was not tidied either. No apology at all from the front desk. I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend as there are many other hotels in the vicinity that have just as good location.
UUsuario invitadoPros: the hot tub, pool and dry sauna. They were amazing - esp. the dry sauna that is open 24/7. This was the highlight of my stay. The beds were also comfortable. Cons: rooms are tight, had to unplug heater/cooling device to turn it off because the wall thermostat wouldn't turn it off. There's nowhere to hang anything, like hand towels by the sink, and bathroom is super tight with low, small toilet that had to be flushed twice each time. Beware that Trip.com gives you the option to book a pet-friendly room (for which I paid extra), but the hotel informed me it's a separate charge that you pay when you check in and NOT payable through Trip.com. The hotel kindly waived the fee, for which I'm grateful. Staying for a few days, the size of the room became an issue. Also, if you are staying here for Glacier National Park, note that it is far away (approx. 2 hours to get to a hike) and the driving is intense with high speeds and sometimes, heavy cross winds.
UUsuario invitadoLoved the cabin, the setting and the location. Housekeeping staff seemed very nice and did a great job. The front desk staff was the week point, the guy we delt with at check in seemed completely indifferent, not rude but very close. The day before checkout we called the front desk asking to extend our stay another day, it was like we were inconveniencing him. He gave some excuse that we booked through a third party so it was a hassle to add another night, I think he was just lazy. How hard is it to create a new booking for an additional day? We ended up booking at the Holiday in down the street which was very nice and the front desk staff was night and day better, extremely friendly and helpful.
LLINEl hotel es muy nuevo, la habitación es muy buena, hay que prestar atención para evitar la proximidad al lado de alta velocidad, un poco ruidoso. Además, puede ir directamente a Seattle desde aquí, no necesariamente en Spokane.

UUsuario invitadoFor a nice motel that had skinny stairs with several floors, there was out of order elevator. Staff were not friendly or attentive. Room amenities for the price lacking. No refrigerator, no free wifi in rooms. They only offer in common areas. No fan or ventilation in bathrooms for shower. The ac in room was not set up where we could understand it. It was hot all night. Room was very clean, i will say that's a plus. Their supposed buffet breakfast didn't even offer eggs. They had hash browns and sausage. Bread items like muffins and toast, waffles. Cream cheese in fridge but no bagels. For the price we paid they need to improve some of these things.

Personal atento y desayuno poco variado, pero cumple
