I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It was a lovely stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly when you call they answer your questions in a timely matter. They are all around the board a great establishment to go and visit in New Orleans. It is close to a lot of different attractions

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Cuando entré en la habitación, el olor innegable de orina perfume el aire. Busqué la fuente y, mientras estaba en la cama, la encontré. Era el MATTRESS!!!!! ¡Pido que nos ponga en otra habitación, que fue acompañada de una disculpa. En la otra habitación, huele menos como la orina. Sin embargo, levanté la alfombra y me di cuenta 2 sucias, Quiero decir sucias, SOCKS que habían estado allí desde quién-sabe-cuándo!!!! Esto significa que las hojas no se limpiaron, tampoco!!!! Teníamos que irse!!! Esta fue una excursión de emergencia y nunca volveremos a ir aquí!

Después de un cambio de planes terminamos con una noche extra en Nueva Orleans antes de volar, así que decidimos permanecer cerca del aeropuerto para hacer el día siguiente más fácil. Aquí se encuentra el autobús 202 del aeropuerto, que habíamos tomado desde el aeropuerto hasta el centro de la ciudad 3 días antes, que nos dejó en el monumento de los Veteranos Blvd. No hay muchas instalaciones cerca, pero el hotel tiene snacks etc para la venta, y un buen desayuno incluido. La habitación era acogedora y limpia. La TV tenía Netflix y la cama estaba muy cómoda. Disfrutamos de la piscina y relajación esa noche. The pounding right against my wall started at precisely 9AM this morning, then came the buzz saws. Ace Hotel always had a kind of punk rock vibe, but in this case ”punk rock” means not letting your guests sleep in and instead attacking them. Please schedule your pounding, slamming, cutting and banging for later in the day. When you do it like this you just ensure we never come back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked.
