Good location - in the center of everything in Stone town. They don’t have water coolers for clients - you have to go to the restaurant to refill. Also: it seems they bought another building. So they accommodated us in like 200 meters from main facility. Surely it’s kind of inconvenient but still ok.

Un hôtel super accueillant. Avec un personnel très professionnel. Tout était nickel ,sauf que nous n'avions plus d'eau chaude le soir .Nous avons même croisé le président. A recommander..Leeci

Muy cerca del ferry a Dar es Salaam. El edificio del hotel es muy histórico. La habitación es muy grande y puedes ver la vista al mar cuando abres la ventana. El desayuno es rico. El restaurante está en el balcón frente al mar.

Fabulous location. I enjoyed seeing all the curated old artifacts and reading up on the 500 year history of the place. The people were wonderful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was modern and clean. I’d stay there again.

Room, Balcony, View from the room and Restaurant is really nice. But only one thing they need to improve in their reception customer service. Room I signed when I check in and Room I really received was different. They changed the room without notice. I asked why they said it's same room inside. But it was totally different. Changed room has no privacy at all. We have to close the window during the stay. And I asked for late check out when I check in. They told me to check last day in the morning. In last day, I asked again for 2hrs late check out. They refused my request even didn't check the system. Just say NO. I am very disappointed with their attitude. And when I checked the site there were plenty room left. As everyone knows Zanzibar is the holiday place. Most of 5 star hotels in holiday place, they run check out time very flexible due to flight time. No deserve to have 5 stars in customer service.

La ubicación es perfecta. A un corto paseo de las principales zonas de Stonetown. La piscina es preciosa y la vista desde la azotea, durante el desayuno, era realmente agradable por la mañana. La única pega: nos cambiaron a una suite y fue un error. Solo había una bañera vieja y estaba realmente sucia. Las habitaciones normales habrían sido mucho mejores, así que no mejoren. Por lo demás, tuvimos una estancia encantadora.

Если у Вас с собой много багажа, то будьте готовы к тому, что такси не сможет подъехать непосредственно к отелю, так как улица на которой расположен отель является пешеходной. Пешком от ближайшей возможной остановки такси нужно будет идти около 50 метров. Завтрак по типу ”швецкий стол”. Комфортные матрасы и подушки. В ванной есть халаты и полотенце для ног. Душевая/туалет были чистыми с новой сантехникой. В номере также есть телевизор.

El hotel de paquetes completo en Sandabhar es muy bonito para el precio. El mar fuera del hotel es muy bonito. Observar el sol es super hermoso. Pasó tres noches agradables

El hotel es hermoso. Está situado en el corazón de Stone Town. Si te gusta el lujo, este hotel es para ti. Definitivamente voy a regresar. La comida y el amable personal hicieron que mi estancia fuera muy especial.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located to all Stone Town attractions. If there are any issues the front desk manager will do her best to rectify the situation. My only issue unfixable was the food or maybe It was the water they refill for the rooms. I recommend be on side of caution and drink only bottled water. Don't eat anything uncooked (salads juices made with ice etc.) And you won't spend most of your time in bathrooms.
