La ubicación es muy céntrica, lo que facilita enormemente ir andando a las atracciones cercanas. Nos dieron una habitación superior con balcón, que era preciosa, y todo lo demás de la habitación también era prácticamente perfecto. Estaba muy bien cuidada, quizás porque es relativamente nueva, pero el baño estaba impecable, sin rastro de moho. La presión del agua era buena y el wifi y el aire acondicionado/calefacción funcionaban perfectamente. El único inconveniente fue que el lavabo parecía atascarse un poco y el agua bajaba muy despacio, pero no fue un problema grave para nosotros.

Our experience at Marquês Garden was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. This beautiful hotel, housed in a charming 124-year-old building, is full of character, history and elegance. Every detail makes it a special place to stay. Our suite was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably maintained, with lovely views overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall quality of the facilities and service exceeded our expectations. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming, kind, attentive and professional. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would particularly like to highlight an extraordinary gesture from one of the gentlemen working at reception. Yesterday, we accidentally left a bag containing personal belongings and gifts for our family back home in Mallorca at a restaurant called San Valentim, in Matosinhos. When we explained what had happened, the gentleman at reception immediately took charge of the situation. He personally contacted the restaurant, arranged an Uber to collect our forgotten bag and organised its safe return to the hotel. He went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, showing remarkable kindness, professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. This is what true hospitality looks like. It is relatively easy to find a beautiful hotel, but finding a beautiful hotel with people who genuinely care about their guests is something truly special. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience and, above all, for the exceptional treatment we received. We wholeheartedly recommend Marquês Garden to anyone visiting Porto. I stayed in Room 1505 from 26th to 27th. I booked this hotel to enjoy a luxury, relaxing experience after my city centre stay and before my flight home, but unfortunately it didn't deliver. The room and facilities were decent, though the images of the gym on Trip are completely different to the actual gym ( smaller, different room entirely, less equipment) was misled here. The bed was very firm, which made it uncomfortable for me. The Nespresso machine in the room also didn't work. Unfortunately, the service was far below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool towels were dirty, and the receptionist at check-in gave me incorrect information regarding breakfast and access to the facilities. I also noticed other guests being offered a welcome drink at check-in, but I wasn't offered one, which made the service feel inconsistent from the outset. My Chromecast wasn't working either, and despite calling three times, I waited over an hour for someone to come and fix it, having to explain the same issue each time. After checking out, the service was virtually non-existent. As I was waiting for my flight, there wasn't even complimentary drinking water available, and when I asked where I could charge my phone, the staff were unhelpful. Most of the power outlets I tried weren't working, and when I eventually found one in the bar area, I was left with the impression that I was expected to make a purchase just to use it. While I appreciate that the staff may be under pressure or overworked, the overall atmosphere was disappointing. Very few staff members appeared welcoming or engaged, and many looked unhappy to be there, which had a noticeable impact on the guest experience. Overall, this was not the luxury experience I had expected, and unfortunately, based on my stay, I would not choose to stay here again.

We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

La recepción no fue tan servicial como esperaba. Les pedí que me ayudaran a reservar cenas, pero nunca me avisaron si conseguían reservarlas. Llegué temprano debido a un cambio de vuelo. Solicité el check-in anticipado y me dijeron que me informarían, así que esperé. No se aseguraron de que no esperara demasiado. Así que salí a caminar y les pedí que me avisaran cuando la habitación estuviera lista. Tampoco lo hicieron. Así que el servicio no es muy bueno.

The hotel is probably one of the best in Porto. Unfortunately the online experience had not been pleasant. I realised that I booked a non cancellation stay in advance prior to my trip. When my trip was changed and my Porto is extended from 3 nights to 5 nights. I asked both the agent (Trip/Expedia) and Iater through the hotel for modification of the dates. They refused after several tries. In the end, we decided to forgo one night due to change in air ticket and stayed for the duration of our stay. The remaining nights at Porto. We decided to defer to another hotel. If the hospitality service can be better we would have stay there throughout. This is unfortunate coming from highly recognised hotel here.

We had a wonderful stay at The Rebello and truly enjoyed our two nights there. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful river-view room. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, especially in the morning and at sunset. Watching the Douro River from our room was a memorable experience and made our stay in Porto even more special. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and well-designed, with a unique atmosphere that combines history and modern comfort. Overall, we were very happy with the property and would gladly stay here again. However, we felt that some of the staff were not particularly friendly, and the introduction to the hotel facilities upon check-in was quite limited. As first-time guests, we would have appreciated more information about the hotel, its amenities, and services. Despite this, the beautiful location, excellent river views, and overall quality of the hotel made for a very enjoyable stay. 進步空間。 😊🇵🇹🏨🌉

Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel. Nos hemos alojado aquí varias veces. Siempre disfrutamos de la piscina cubierta, que cuenta con un sistema de talasoterapia (chorros, hidromasaje, etc.). El desayuno es abundante 👍 El bufé de la noche está muy bien. Un hotel ideal para familias, con juegos y piscina al aire libre. La playa está justo al otro lado de la valla, ¡así que no necesitas coche! Personal amable 👍

Hotel Hotel de primera clase. Este es un excelente hotel a sólo 500 metros de la estación de tren Porto Sai Bento, justo en el centro de Oporto. El personal está excepcionalmente bien capacitado. Las habitaciones de nueva construcción son muy espaciosas y están decoradas con buen gusto. Verdaderamente un hotel de lujo en todos los sentidos. Muy recomendable para todo tipo de viajeros a Oporto, de vacaciones o de negocios.
