La habitación es muy antigua, el estado de salud es bueno y la cama está muy limpia. ¡Muchas instalaciones de la casa están rotas! Toallero, espejo faro, enchufes, etc. El hotel cuenta con transporte conveniente, se puede llegar a pie a restaurantes y supermercados, y el estacionamiento también es conveniente. Lo que merece elogios es la actitud amigable del personal. Incluso si quiero comprar medicamentos a altas horas de la noche, siempre están listos para ayudar. ¡Son muy considerados! ¡Sería genial si el jefe pudiera redecorarlo!

El hotel está situado en el centro de Hobart, a pocos minutos del patio y del Centro de Viajes y Información. Su arquitectura es excelente, el personal es bienvenido, amigable y muy útil. Sus habitaciones están bien decoradas y cómodas. Pasé una semana allí y me alegraría volver. Además, el 1 de la estación de aeropuerto SkyBus está justo al lado del hotel.

It's quite clean. And the staff is nice. The water is not hot all day,, but warm anyway. Maybe because of too many people. They don't have a place to hang the clothes, but you can pay for the dryer machine. You can get a discount for the Japanese food next door If you live in this hotel. That surprised a bit. The noodle is delicious, But the rice is not.

Very nice place, but I expected more of the location. It seemed to be a busy street, but even in the weekends, everything closed up real early. There was no staff present during checkout, so I handed the roomkey to the cleaning staff.

From entering the hotel, we were greeted by 2 lovely receptionists. They were professional and very friendly. The check in was very quick and easy and on our way to our room in no time. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The Bathroom was adequately stocked with fluffy clean towels and toiletries and hair dryer available. The hotel is within walking distance to the shopping mall and the $10 fee for parking, saved us from having to pay for parking in the city. Very convenient. A very nice stay. Thank you.

入住前已經電郵通知酒店會較晚入住, 大約晚上八至九點,入住當天星期六,當日提前到達是下午五點半,酒店前台星期六,五點關閉,不能直接進入,不能得到任何幫忙,前台櫃檯燈已關上,唯有等待其他住客出入時,因本身沒有國際電話使用,向住客借電話嘗試查詢,最後通過住客聯絡酒店,得到幫忙,取得鑰匙進入房間. 入住當晚氣溫較低,嘗試調整室內空調,因為係中央控制,但因此台已經停止服務,房間內有電話可以聯絡一個遠端服務處理中心,得到答案,暫時沒有任何支援可以幫助,只有等待明天,房間內提供給客人穿著的房間拖鞋沒有準備,

Very nice staff and hotel room is good fit for a family with two children. The car just parking outside the room, so convenient.

Stayed 5 nights in the hotel. It’s a standard hotel room size. We booked Mountain View room, can see some part of the water. It’s not too near about city center, will take some time to walk to Salamanca Market. If you have a car instead, it’d be great as there is free car park. It’s a nice hotel with great service. And casino is next to it, can play during your stay.
