This is our second stay here, the hotel first floor is under renovation, so swimming pool is not available at the moment. The room is nice and equipped with all the amenities that we need, but a smart TV would make this hotel the perfect place to stay. The air conditioning is so cold, if you like it so that’s good for you. If no, you need to switch it off before going to bed. The breakfast is on the first floor during the renovation, so the space is not as nice as before and the food is just ok, we need more selections of the food. Overall, we had a nice night here.

river and city view, easy access to all locations. the building is attached with ibis hotel. clean and cozy but only the shower should be repaired. clear instructions from the host. overall nice place to stay 👍🏻 very recommended

El vestíbulo del hotel es amplio y hermoso, y el personal siempre estuvo disponible, atento y servicial. El registro fue bastante sencillo. Mi habitación era muy espaciosa y la decoración, aunque un poco anticuada, sigue siendo buena. Sin embargo, el papel pintado del pasillo exterior necesita un poco de cuidado. El baño está bien y cuenta con cómodos asientos y zonas de trabajo. La cama es enorme y las comodidades son adecuadas. ¡La conexión wifi es fácil y muy rápida! La variedad del desayuno es tan buena como la de cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas, aunque la consistencia en el sabor es un problema. El primer día desayuné muy bien, pero el segundo día fue bastante mediocre, a pesar de los platos casi similares a los del día anterior. El personal del comedor es muy amable y atento a tus necesidades.

The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

Me alojé recientemente en el Ibis Kota Bharu y fue una experiencia fantástica. El hotel es limpio, cómodo y sencillo. El personal es amable y servicial, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún mejor. En resumen, un alojamiento agradable y práctico en Kota Bharu.

Stayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient. However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

I would say this is the best hotel in Kota Bharu so far. The staff in front desk very good. The room are clean and spacious. The food especially the laksam was so delicious.

Nice funtion hall facility

Tok Aman Bali es mi lugar favorito para pasar las vacaciones porque no está tan lejos de casa. Pero ayer fui y la limpieza no estaba muy bien. Por ejemplo, la zona para caminar olía a basura. Durante el desayuno, los gatos podían vomitar en el restaurante. El baño estaba estancado porque el agua de la ducha no salía por el agujero. Espero que la próxima vez mejoren la limpieza. Soy un gran fan de Tok Aman Bali.

Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.
