Esta ubicación es muy convencional y esta es la zona que me quedaría la próxima vez. Pero no creo que pueda ir a este Prestige Kiara River View otra vez. A menos que el host pueda mejorar estas: 1) No WiFi 2) no curtain sólo curtain blackout 3) El baño no está desgarrado y tiene pinturas sucias sin lavar por todo el baño. Pls mejora.

Overall, our stay was okay and quite comfortable. The bed was clean and we had no issues sleeping. The hotel itself is nice and looks good, but the furniture seems a bit old, which might be why there was some dust and a slight smell in the room (nothing too strong). In terms of cleanliness, the room could use more frequent cleaning. There was dust on the bedside table, phone, curtains, cabinet, and the table in the room. When placing food on the table, ants appeared quite quickly, so the table needs to be wiped more regularly. As for the toilet, it was generally clean, but some extra cleaning would be appreciated, especially in certain areas that were slightly dirty. If there are any damaged parts, it might be good to replace or repair them. Overall, the experience was still okay, but improving cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much better.

The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

Check in was quite late. Took 30 minutes just for us to check in. We had to wait at the lobby. After driving 6-8 hours from KL, and really wanted to check in the room to freshen up, being tired and exhausted, this really tested our patience. Thank god there was kids play area at the lobby. So my girl 6yo could entertain herself after sleeping in the car along the journey. So that was good. The room was okay, not too big no too small. The toilet and shower was only divided by Glass door, wish they had a closed area for the toilet. Location was strategic as it’s near to Pasar Siti Khadijah. Came to attend a friend’s wedding and got to shop some local stuffs as well. Food in Kelantan not as good as before.. Went to Ulam Cikgu, and the food was not that good. Tasted better at Singgey Budu and Meghek in KL.

La habitación es limpia. Pero hay pocos que necesitan ser fijados, como la tapa de luz, el baño interior. Los niños quieren jugar a la piscina.

I would say this is the best hotel in Kota Bharu so far. The staff in front desk very good. The room are clean and spacious. The food especially the laksam was so delicious.

Nice funtion hall facility

Las instalaciones son un poco largas, pero está bien, aun así no da miedo, es solo el inodoro, si puedes, el piso no se ve ***** o amarillo. divertido🥲 Lavé el inodoro yo mismo con agua caliente. En general, todo lo demás está bien. La mejor vista. Abre la puerta principal para ver la piscina, abre la puerta corrediza para ver el lago. De noche no puedes ver nada, está completamente oscuro😁 si hay luces en los bordes del lago es mejor, incluso si te sientas afuera no te asustarás demasiado. La piscina no tiene escaleras, ¿no sabes quién creó esa piscina? Si quieres subir, te aburrirás y tendrás que ir a la parte baja, para poder subir. No hay nadie que me cuide, es solo lo lleno que está cerca de la piscina. Tengo miedo de ir a bañarme, hay mucha gente cerca del lugar donde están los niños. Los padres están listos para sentarse allí y sentarse allí. Mis hijos no saben nadar en lugares bajos. El desayuno está bien, está bien. Hay muchas opciones, pero está bien para la gente de allí. Si es alguien de fuera de MyBe, no está bien. Para quienes tengan niños pequeños, hay muchos. Si son pequeños, por favor, reserven una habitación en la planta baja. No reserven la habitación de arriba. No hay ascensor. Solo hay escaleras. En general, le doy un 6/10. Gracias.

Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.
