Hoteles con piscina en Yucatán, México

Me gusta mucho este viejo hotel, la ubicación perfecta, el servicio budista y entusiasta, el servicio de México es realmente muy bueno. Determinadamente, los pisos administrativos, los desayunos de café con cocina son gratuitos. El servicio es realmente grandioso y permite que la gente reduzca sus gastos sin embargo.

We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos, so there shouldn’t have been any exchange difference. The next morning at breakfast, the waitress informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay, even though it was clearly included in our booking. I had to return to reception to sort it out. The same situation happened again with the two pizzas and soft drinks that were included in our package. When we called to order them, we were told they were not included. Once again, I had to go back to reception to clarify and prove what we had paid for. It felt like I had to repeatedly go to reception to justify and confirm services that were already included in our reservation. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when booking a hotel stay. Clear communication between reception and restaurant staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

A cinco minutos en coche del hotel Chichen Itza. Restaurantes de alta calidad, servicios cuidadosos, deliciosos colores Maya y mexicanos. Mucho desayuno (con pan gratis, etc.). El hotel tiene su propio estacionamiento. Pero nuestro cuarto no tiene buenas señales de Wi-Fi, y es fácil llegar al corredor.Las señales AT & T no son buenas.

Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

Amazing stay – Highly recommended! This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from inside were stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out it was my first time visiting Mexico, they brought out a map of the city and went above and beyond by marking all the key spots — including what to see, opening hours, entrance fees, and how to get there. They also recommended several authentic Mexican restaurants to try, giving me plenty of great options. On top of that, they provided detailed advice on how to travel around the area — including transportation tips and fair prices — which really helped me feel safe and confident exploring. Their hospitality completely changed my perception of Mexico and made me feel very welcome. If I ever return to Valladolid, no matter how many times, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Me gustó todo la verdad. Es un hotel muy completo y con un precio muy competitivo. El desayuno me gustó mucho por la variedad para el precio que tenía. Muy recomendable!

Me alojé en Residence Inn Mérida durante un mes en enero de 2024. Me gustó la ubicación y los servicios. Está muy cerca del centro comercial Galleria, Costco y un supermercado grande. Puedes tomar el autobús R72 al centro de Mérida, lo cual es muy conveniente si no tienes coche o no quieres conducir. La habitación está limpia y equipada con cocina completa. El desayuno está incluido. El personal de recepción también es muy amable. Nos ayudaron a organizar dos excursiones privadas de un día a sitios mayas y cenotes. Lo único que recomendaría es mejorar la calidad y añadir más opciones al desayuno. No hay mucha variedad. El refrigerador es un poco ruidoso por la noche.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero aparcar es bastante difícil. La piscina es muy agradable y está muy bien cuidada. El check-in fue rápido. La habitación está limpia, pero el colchón es duro como una tabla de madera. Es una buena relación calidad-precio, una habitación para pasar la noche.

Schöne alte Hacienda mit Pool und leckeren Margaritas etwas außerhalb von Izamal. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Leider war unser Zimmer gegen Abend dann vollständig voll mit großen Ameisen. Ich habe schon öfter mitten im Dschungel geschlafen, Gekkos, Raupen etc. sind kein Problem und normal. Aber gegen Abend war eine Wand, die Dusche, die Decke und alle Handtücher vollständig bedeckt mit 1cm großen Ameisen. Das war für mich leider grenzwertig, da auch alle Moskitonetze kaputt und löchrig waren. Löcher sollten sich auch in einem alten Haus abdichten lassen. Außerdem gibt es keine Trennung zwischen Schlafraum und Bad, ebenso Toilette. Für ein Boutique Hotel zu dem Preis für mich nicht ok.

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.
