This hotel accepts foreigners, although the staff struggles a little bit with English (nothing that cannot be solved with a good translator). My stay was pleasant. The room is quiet and spacious. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is fantastic, you can really explore Chinese cuisine. I would have liked to try the Chinese buffet but it was closed during my stay, there is however a restaurant “à la carte”. The location is a little bit far from the vivacious nightlife centre but a DiDi will quickly resolve that.

Con sus padres y sus hijos para ir al lago de Carolina, este pariente rico en oxígeno satisface perfectamente nuestras necesidades. El espacio es grande, una familia de tres generaciones vive muy relajada, la fabricación de oxígeno y el calor son muy buenos, ni los ancianos ni los niños tienen un alto contraste y duermen especialmente la noche. La estancia recibe frutas de bienvenida.

La habitación es espaciosa, la ubicación es grande, sin embargo el desayuno es bastante miserable. Traer un hotel de 5 estrellas, el desayuno es decepcionante! 😞 el desayuno es servido desde 6.30am-10.30am, llegamos para el desayuno a las 9:00 pero la mayoría de los alimentos están casi terminados y no se han relleno. En la estación de huevos los condimentos como cebollas, tomates, etc para huevos de escombre estaban vacíos, dijo al chef nada que quedaba para los huevos, él respondió: oh, significa que ya no 😱😱 su 1.5hrs desde cerrar para el desayuno y la mayoría de los artículos de comida ya no se llenaron No es aceptable.Normalmente no escribo malos comentarios, pero esto es sin duda una muy mala experiencia.

Nice comfortable apartment with quality furniture and fittings, clean and well maintained..The door men/concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived & leaving. The food/beverage supervisor was very supportive and helpful, We decided to try the executive lounge afternoon tea and happy hours, The lounge environment is very elegant & customer service Miss Hu was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality, food and drinks. There are 2 malls close to this apartment hotel which is attached to Sofitel.

Loved this place so much! True it is a bit far from the city center, around 4 hour drive but you can stop to the famous chaerhan salt lake on the way. I was torn between the many options they had. Decided finally on the white chalets overlooking the Yadan park😍 absolutely worth it! Best decision.. The slide and swimming pool were closed. Maybe because of the cold season. No idea Dear guests if you are considering this stay keep in mind that there isn’t any didi to take you back nor will the hotel arrange one for you. So make sure you arrange your transportation right. The hotel offers shuttle car to move around the hotel but they reply a bit late.. keep that in mind too. And i wished they had their wechat contact on here because it was hard to reach the hotel via email before arriving. Got no response..

The rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed. The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms. The rest of our stay was great. The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.

La experiencia de estadía en general es excelente. La recepción trata de estadía rápida y eficiente y el personal es educado. La habitación es amplia y luminosa, la higiene es incómoda, el cama es suave y la piel es buena, el aislamiento acústico es bueno y el sueño es muy seguro. La ubicación es excelente, el viaje es muy conveniente, la variedad de desayuno es rica, el sabor está en línea, los detalles están en todo el mundo, realmente recomendado!

Experiencia de estadía superesperada! Los servicios y las instalaciones de este hotel son muy buenos y no quieren salir. Puedes cocinar en el patio, muy fumado; la tarde está rodeada de amigos, el ambiente está lleno de aire, el perfume es especialmente agradable con pequeñas cenas. Hay películas abiertos que se pueden ver en la noche, el viento nocturno, la bebida y el tiempo de vacaciones. La habitación es limpia y cómoda y el servicio es muy intimidad. ¡Volveré la próxima vez! 👍

This is a very nice hotel right one of the best parts of Xining for restaurants, malls, coffee shops, etc. The pool was fun for the kids (though the water was cold). Breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice.
