It was very hard to find at night. Took the taxi driver 30 mins circling around the block to find the hotel entrance! Takes about 30 mins to walk downtown. However, the receptionist was very helpful. Gave tips on restaurants and where to shop.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

我是攜程上訂的，在2樓，有陽台可吸煙，裝修比較新，早點豐富，有楊州炒飯。前台美女、帥哥非常負責且非要熱心幫忙，對一個身在異鄉的人來説非常難能可貴，該酒店不大很很温馨且離阿立套廣場很近。周邊有很多華人超市。推薦！！！

During our stay with family, the front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. They even took the initiative to help hold the door open when they saw we were traveling with the elderly and children. The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids. The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool. We were very satisfied with the overall stay experience.

Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

Aunque está un poco lejos de la ciudad, puedes llegar al centro comercial Bishkek Park en unos 20 minutos en taxi sin atascos. Recomiendo especialmente el spa adjunto al hotel, ¡que es increíble!

El hotel está situado en una ubicación muy céntrica en Bishkek. Cerca hay bancos, museos, tiendas, cafés y restaurantes que sirven diferentes cocinas del mundo. A veces hay problemas con la electricidad y el agua caliente. Internet en general es bueno, pero hay fallas por algún motivo. Está limpio y te dan dos botellas de agua cada día. ¡Lindo!

Хороший отель. Чистый номер. Матрасы заменили по требованию на мягкие . В номере прохладно , но стоит обогреватель. Отличные завтраки . Большой бассейн , сауна и хамам отличные. Понравилось качество массажа
