The hotel is located in a nice area not far from the city. The hotel is clean and restaurant has nice food and drinks. Pool isn’t that big and workout facility is decent. Cards for rooms stopped working often which was a little annoying. Staff was helpful and a good stay overall.

I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, including a special favor of allowing me to leave my suitcase while I was away on the safari. Their flexibility and accommodating nature were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was a sight to behold. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the inviting common areas. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. To get to the hotel from the airport, go to the arrival hall, follow the sign to Bus Terminal and walk past the car rental offices to reach the bus terminal. The shuttle to the hotel comes every 15 minutes. My room is clean and quiet. Hot water is quite fast from the hot water tap. WiFi is easily accessible in the room and is stable. The breakfast (6-10am) is excellent with English breakfast items (egg, bacon, sausages, beans, toast), continental breakfast items (cold cuts, cheese, bread), salad, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, juices, etc. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the modern furnishings created a relaxing environment. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room amenities were excellent, including reliable Wi-Fi, good lighting, and a pleasant view. The housekeeping service was efficient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Overall, my experience was very satisfying. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service made my stay enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Very good as always. Only gripe is the laundry room is now 200 rand per wash. I guess the upside is you don't have to wait anymore

After a long day I was getting ready to have a hot bubble bath only to find out that there was no hot water. The maintenance staff came to check and casually told me to wait 40 minutes for the water to heat up. It was so late and I was so tired. We ended up having to move to a different room with hot water, only to find out later that night that there were monkeys on the roof making so much noise throughout the night and there was very loud music going into the night from a neighboring property. Safe to say we didn't get much sleep. Not to mention the food we ordered from the restaurant was horrible, the fish was not fresh and the chips were undercooked. The salad was also terrible. We didn't even bother to stay for breakfast after it had taken more than an hour to get someone to fix the broken hair dryer and deliver my pillow which I had left in the previous room. The staff clearly do not care. Our spa treatments were also not that great. I'm quite disappointed as I've heard such good things about this place and I won't be returning. The location is great but for the price I don't think its worth it.

Los empleados fueron muy amables y simpáticos. Agradezco la atención que me brindaron como cliente. Sin duda, lo recomendaría a quienes viajen solos.
