对不是日本人完全不友善的酒店 Not foreigner ( Western & Asian) friendly. We travelled around 70 Roykan in the last 3 years and this is the wrost service we ever had. Japanese get to seat and offered juices when they checked in while we have to stand at the front desk and no juice offered. We asked for the yukata rental (free rental) and the young staff just ignore us twice. We asked for sizes a few times then he just said it’s all here. Then when we picking the only two small sizes he grabbed and give it to the Japanese girl and ignore us or never ask us before he took it as he knows we are looking into those. Very rude. Most of ryokan will bring you to the room or assist to bring luggage or already put in the room for you. This one you do everything yourself after check in. When we get into the hotel room it’s hot as no aircon is on. Then air con is broken so we called reception. With their broken English they insisted I don’t know how to turn on the aircon which I told them the air con is broken, after 15mins on the phone showing me how to on I keep telling them to send the staff up as we are so hot in the room as it’s summer and no window open and no fan was on after moving luggage. They came up and fix the air con for 45mins then told us it’s broken and need to change room. The whole hour we were sweating but no offer of water / drinks or anything and we just stand in the room while they fixing. When they decided the room need to be changed, they asked us to wait downstairs but leave the luggage in the room so we thought they will move luggage to the new room but they did not. Staff see us so hot at lobby didn’t tell us there is free drinking machine that we can get ice juices , they just watch us hot and sweat and not saying a word. When the new room is finished, they gave us the new room key and asked us to move the luggage ourself and return the old key. No help at all and wasted 1.5 hours of our onsen time. No apologies as well. I feel like being treated like a trash. Not enjoyable at all. I paid extra for the sea view room which when they change my room they offered a slightly bigger room but my sea view was mostly blocked (in the pic )which I am not so happy. There is amenities corner at the lobby, at night after the onsen we come back and want to take the lotion as early on it was gone and they didn’t replenish, the female staff have a bad attitude and flip her eyes ask us which room we stayed, we showed her the key and she said the cream is already in the room which her broken English. There is one set in the room but those are small one time pack which we finish after we had the onsen so we want to take another one. She was rude and insist we can’t take. Her attitude was so bad seems like we are stealing. There is an amenities cornor, if you not allowing guest to take please do not have this setup. Food is okay with the buffet. Wagyu beef is nice but they is a normal standard for Japanese onsen buffet nothing too special. Overall, with the price paying compare to other roykan in Japan, this hotel have very bad service to non Japanese. There is also nothing special for this onsen. Probably best to try somewhere else.

This is a great family-friendly hotel, featuring both indoor and outdoor playgrounds that are perfect for kids. The breakfast is good and offers a satisfying start to the day. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Meriken Park, making it ideal for a relaxing stroll or sightseeing. It also provides a shuttle service to and from Sannomiya. Do note that the pick-up and drop-off points are at different locations, and the shuttle bus departs punctually. The room is spacious, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay.

平日に行けば、すいているだろうと思ったが間違いだったみたいです。 とちも混んでいました、やはりみなさん知っているのでしょう 良いホテルであることをロケーション、食事、清潔感どれを取っても満足出来るホテルでした。 また行きたいホテルです。 おすすめですよ^_^

乘東航MU225於11:50落地大阪關西機場。出關取行李很快，12:30便上了蜜柚旅行訂的網約車（全新阿爾發3255元）3小時多點就到了小眾而有名的城崎温泉的酒店。其實飛機不晚點是可以乘JR（關西-大阪站-城崎温泉），出站可乘免費巴士到酒店。酒店比較新，雙床房很舒適，就是小冰箱裏酒水不免費，有些小氣。第一天晚餐是松葉蟹為主的懷石料理，第二天是魚系列。第二天乘纜車登高。温泉小鎮上小吃很多，海鮮、擔馬牛（其實就是神户牛，因神户無牛衹有口岸而冠名）。另外，酒店提供pass可免費去鎮上七家温泉泡池泡湯。第三天我們10點check out後便泡了3家，吃了海鮮午餐後，乘14:14的特快JR去了神户（附了JR時客表）。去大阪也很方便！

La mejor de las mejores, la ubicación (5 minutos de la estación de Kobe, trenes subterráneos locales a hotel, ropa y jardines de hierbas, etc.) El mejor servicio al check-in, mejor comida, mejor habitación. No hay palabras para expresar mi felicidad durante mi estancia en este hotel.

El hotel está en el centro de Arima Onsen, donde se encuentran los mejores hoteles de Arima Onsen. Este hotel se ha convertido en un hotel de calidad muy agradable. Al principio me preocupaba la falta de comentarios, pero todas las comentarios eran buenos y la habitación parecía ideal para una familia de cuatro; 2 camas occidentales y 2 camas tatami, con espacioso espacio de vida y baño y WC separados. Nice hotel but need renovation or refurbishment. Hotel was located near to the port, view from our room was fantastic. The breakfast was very nice, they even serve beef burger and fresh orange juice. Lobby lift area has a very good smell. Hotel has private car park with a rate of 1700 yen per day if not mistaken.

I love the onsen with it, which are at two different floors in the hotel, on at the rooftop, another at the middle.

La ubicación no es difícil de encontrar con señales claras y corregir Google Navi - viento en la carretera de montaña pero manejable (en el camino abajo, aunque Google nos llevó a una carretera privada, pero no es relevante aquí). El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. No hay servicio de Futon, pero nos sorprendió que tuviéramos que poner el Futon en la habitación Tatami. La habitación también estaba fría y no podíamos conseguir el A/C para calentar correctamente; ¿no podría haber una función de calefacción en absoluto? El desayuno y la cena están bien, y el servicio de comida es bueno.

The hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. While there were a few minor areas that could be improved, the experience was enjoyable and good value for the price.
