Family’s Most Favourite Hotel in the UK – Unforgettable Staycation Moments Holiday Inn London–Shepperton by IHG has always been our family’s most favourite hotel in the UK. Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. El primer hotel de esta viaje a Inglaterra, al lado de la ciudad de Egham, es una aldea de vacaciones, hay muchas personas que viven. Nuestra habitación es muy magica. En el interior del hotel, tomando el camión de la habitación y caminando y caminando y caminando y no terminando, no es nada, muy interminable. La disposición de la habitación es muy buena, muy elegante. Pero el mazo no puede ir a la agua, pero también puede permanecer una noche. El desayuno del hotel es bueno. Wonderful hotel. We were here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds , lovely staff . Food  was very good . Rooms had everything you need, although a little hot but they can’t help the heatwave. Nice spa area . Shame they don’t have treatment rooms as we would have booked treatments. Would highly reccomend.

Hotel agradable. Situación perfecta para las carreras, pero también agradable si no. Bellas escenas y muy tranquilo. Parking fácil con mucho espacio. La zona del bar es muy agradable y tiene un ambiente relajado. La habitación era muy agradable en el segundo piso frente al campo de golf, así fabuloso Ver. Muy limpio. camas muy cómodas y la calidad superior de la cama con las mejores patas jamás. Las toallas son de buena calidad con un olor duradero en la piel. Toallas grasas, blancas y fluffy. Teníamos grandes ventanas como puertas de patio, así que podíamos abrir a gran escala. Sólo la cuestión era el bar exterior (no era balcón) tenía cargas de insectos cubiertos y muertos en ella. La habitación de la habitación era muy limpia y limpia. El hotel está muy bien, no me sentía muy caro y el personal del bar era rápido y eficiente. En general, una estancia maravillosa.

I have stayed here for work before but this time I booked for myself and my Husband for an overnight stay. This hotel is lovely, the room was beautiful, overlooked the vast gardens. Everywhere was nice and clean and the added bonus of the swimming pool and outdoor hot-tub was great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lo recomendaría muy a cualquiera que busque una caja relajada con servicio de top-notch. No puedo esperar a volver!

The hotel is nice and lovely. Location is decent and near parks. Service could be better, didn’t really feel the presence of the staff, very standard service - I only put 4 stars because of the person who offered to drive us around the property in the buggy, sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Hong Kong. Rooms were nice and clean, the spa amenities were also nice and there’s an indoor pool that kids can use on specific times. The kids activities were also nice? They had something prepared everyday and the petting farm was my daughters favorite as you can pet and brush and feed horses, donkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits etc.

Another lovely stay. Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was average. The spa facilities are good. They have added extra hot tubs which was a nice addition although both hot tubs were not as clean as they could have been. We went to the spa very early and was a little disappointed with the amount of scum marks in the hot tub. We felt it should have been wiped round before the first people used it. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel, good size room, nice and clean, would definitely visit again.

Was there for my son’s graduation. A lovely hotel with huge and comfortable room and a wonderful view. We saw a deer from our room! That was a cute touch to the stay!! A little bit far from the town centre but if you don’t mind taking the bus and see Guildford a little bit more, then its a plus point. There’s a big Tesco down the road which was convenient. The staffs were all so pleasant and helpful! All in all we had a very happy and stress free stay at Holiday Inn Guildford. Tq.
