A good little stay in the hotel annex , clean and comfortable….. not the same as the hotel rooms but fine for a quick over night… good value too.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo enfrente está el castillo de las atracciones principales, el lago Ness atraviesa la entrada del hotel, camina, paisajes agradables, desayuno, las habitaciones son grandes, la salud es buena, limpia, hay un restaurante Michelin al lado del hotel, Pero reserva con anticipación

Hay mucho que mejorar, pero se podrían hacer algunas mejoras. Lo más importante son las puertas de las habitaciones. Son de madera pesada y se cierran de golpe muy fuerte. Como te puedes imaginar, es bastante molesto cuando la gente entra y sale, despertando a la gente. La puerta del baño está podrida por abajo por la humedad; necesita ser reemplazada; se ve horrible. Limpiar debajo de los lavabos y grifos de los baños, ¡lo que se ve al sentarse en la bañera! La pintura de la habitación podría estar un poco más ordenada; hay pintura blanca sobre las tuberías grises del radiador. Los limpiadores podrían ser un poco más cuidadosos al aspirar; golpean las tuberías del radiador de las habitaciones y la vibración se transmite a la habitación de al lado. Se han agotado algunos sabores de cócteles; se ha visto al personal joven con el móvil de forma muy casual. ¡Escóndanse! El cliente y el servicio son importantes. La comida es cara para la calidad que ofrece.

Puede ser en la zona turística, debido a la relación entre la oferta y la demanda, el precio es general. El desayuno británico de la mañana del hotel está bien decorado.

The room was spacious enough for 3 people with luggages. The view from the room was very nice with the lake and mountains. Our room was at ground level so we had direct access from our room to outside which is the lakeside and it was very nice. but keep the doors closed all times after used as it is near the lakeside and ground level. we saw a snake (not poisonous) in the grass outside the room in the early morning. The foods and drinks at the restaurant was nice although abit pricey. The view from the restaurant during breakfast in the morning was beautiful. You can bring swimsuits if u want to use the Hot spring in the hotel. We didn’t get to use but it looked nice. There is a co-op near the hotel. The only thing I wish they were better during our stay was the attitude of some staffs. The guy with the bald head was kinda rude to us during breakfast.

Hotel de vacaciones completos, cómodo para esquí, es un cuarto más viejo. Las instalaciones de acceso de la aldea de vacaciones son muy buenas. El personal de servicio está ocupado casi difícil de conectar

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading. The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.

The hotel is looking and feeling very tired and dated and in serious need of upgrading.  They’re charging 2025 prices for 1980 standard services.  They clearly cater for bus tours and large parties which are not there to appreciate where they are and their surroundings.  There was serious problem with running hot water in the room as well as in the showers in the spa.  I overheard many guests complaining about no hot water in their rooms at reception.   Breakfast was very disappointing, they offer a continental selection of one type of cold meat and one type of sliced cheese with pan loaf bread!  Fort William boasts artisan bakery’s so no excuse there.  During breakfast very loud 80s movie themed music is blaring, the dining room is so big there’s practically a speaker above every second table.  When asked to turn it down we were met with a standard reply, “I was just asked to turn it up”. Totally unbelievable.  Due to the large parties tables are not cleared fast enough nor cleaned, we had to clean and set our own table before we could eat and this is where we were directed to sit. Waiting staff are clearly not trained nor directed appropriately for a hotel boasting a high standard.  We were not encouraged to dine in the hotel at all. The exterior of the building is not only showing signs of disrepair but is also very dirty. They are missing the B in the main signage and is the first thing you see on arrival.   Positives:  the room was clean although all views from most rooms do not look out onto anything nice.  Temperature of the pool, steam room and jacuzzi excellent.  The lounge bar appeared to have the best atmosphere and felt like a highland hotel. Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely not!   Would I stay there again? Definitely not!
