La ubicación es excelente, el personal es muy amable y servicial, las camas son muy cómodas y limpias y la habitación espaciosa con bonitas vistas. Caídas: el baño, a pesar de estar limpio, estaba en muy malas condiciones con el lavabo y la bañera astillados, necesita atención, el desayuno era de muy mala calidad, el café sabía horrible, el jugo de manzana sabía a agua y el desayuno cocinado era muy pobre, terminé tomando solo mermelada y tostadas

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo enfrente está el castillo de las atracciones principales, el lago Ness atraviesa la entrada del hotel, camina, paisajes agradables, desayuno, las habitaciones son grandes, la salud es buena, limpia, hay un restaurante Michelin al lado del hotel, Pero reserva con anticipación

The hotel provided a very pleasant stay, with staff who were consistently helpful and courteous. Access to the high street is more convenient by car, as walking with a child may not be practical. Ample parking is available, and housekeeping services are provided daily. The breakfast offering was good, with a wide selection for non-vegetarian guests. However, vegetarian options were limited. Guests have complimentary access to the swimming pool and fitness center, which is a valuable amenity. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to guests who are comfortable with a 30–40 minute walk to the high street or plan to travel by car. KFC is imprint of hotel Arnold rental is 7 min walk. Shopping center 20- 30 mins

Puede ser en la zona turística, debido a la relación entre la oferta y la demanda, el precio es general. El desayuno británico de la mañana del hotel está bien decorado.

The room was spacious enough for 3 people with luggages. The view from the room was very nice with the lake and mountains. Our room was at ground level so we had direct access from our room to outside which is the lakeside and it was very nice. but keep the doors closed all times after used as it is near the lakeside and ground level. we saw a snake (not poisonous) in the grass outside the room in the early morning. The foods and drinks at the restaurant was nice although abit pricey. The view from the restaurant during breakfast in the morning was beautiful. You can bring swimsuits if u want to use the Hot spring in the hotel. We didn’t get to use but it looked nice. There is a co-op near the hotel. The only thing I wish they were better during our stay was the attitude of some staffs. The guy with the bald head was kinda rude to us during breakfast.

Hotel de vacaciones completos, cómodo para esquí, es un cuarto más viejo. Las instalaciones de acceso de la aldea de vacaciones son muy buenas. El personal de servicio está ocupado casi difícil de conectar

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading. The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.

muy agradable y caliente lugar para vivir

La stanza matrimoniale aveva due letti uniti ma uno era senza un piede perché rotto  quindi era più basso rispetto all’altro.  Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la stanza considerando il prezzo pagato per due notti ( circa 450 euro) ma non c’erano disponibilità, il giorno dopo hanno riparato il letto.  Sia la sera tardi sia la mattina presto si sentiva il rumore delle docce del piano superiore quindi impossibile dormire o non essere svegliati.
