Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Our family trip to Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan for the first time was great especially we got the assistance from Ms.冬梅 before our travel dates for helpful information. Then, we could prepare suitable winter clothes. The location of Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan is great when you could walk to The Town Ski Center easily within 5 mins. Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan is fully equipped for example, pool table, pingpong table, fitness. We were upgraded to room 581 in which the view of Wanda International Ski Resort could be seen easily from this room. Breakfast here starts from 6:30-10:30 am, the variety of breakfast was great. We definitely will come back to Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan again for skiing at Wanda International Ski Resort the end of this year 2026. Again, I would like to thank for great assistance from Ms.冬梅 during our 5 nights at Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan. :)

El diseño del hotel es elegante y espacial, con habitaciones agradables y grandes instalaciones. Ubicación: buena ubicación cerca de la gran comida, destinos populares y la estación de ferrocarril Changchun. Servicio: servicio excelente e incluso me ofreció desayuno buffet gratuito (que era excelente)

Super good location. The Ski entrance just infront of the apartment. A lot of eatery shops nearby . i think if the owner can provide two ventilation fans on upstair two rooms that will be great as no ventilation on that rooms . All need to depend on ground floor’s window. The rest of the other things are good. We still will come back again for this good location.

La habitación es muy limpia, el calor es también muy bonita, la mejor debe ser el servicio, el personal del hall es muy amable, especialmente el director Zhang Flying, el valor es alto, el habla y el aire, realmente tiene la sensación de que los huéspedes son de regreso. This is the second time we stay in this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpfu as usual, and rooms are confortable. We appreciate the location, as the metro station is downright under the hotel building and there are a lot of small restaurants for breakfast or dinner nearby. Unfortunatelly, because of winter temperature, we could not enjoy the rooftop.

The service was spectacular. The check-in ladies room, service, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff all were excellent. As well as the health club staff. The health club was nice to use because there were not many people, but the facilities are clearly older, but they were clean. I only gave four stars for cleanliness because there was a hair in the bathtub which could easily happen to anyone. Loved the mini bar and special Changchun welcome gift touch. Would be nice if bath salts or a bath bomb was provided. I ordered on *******.

Excellent location, with 2 shopping malls around the corner. Also, there''s other many eateries around. Hotel is clean, new and with many friendly and helpful staffs Just that breakfast spread is mainly oriental style Overall a good stay with Wanda Vista.

Staff is great and fluent in English. Rooms are clean and spacious; there was even a free mini bar for the first night at the hotel. The incidentals deposit was released right at the moment of check-out. Breakfast is both Chinese and western. Recommend

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season.
