This is the best hotel I stayed at in China. Gorgeous views of the Jilin skyline, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Good gym. But where it really shines is the restaurant. In the evening, they have an amazing buffet that serves all kinds of meat, including pork, duck, beef, sushi. After discovering that I had dinner there every single night.

在吉林住了三家民宿，這一家是入住體驗最好的，首先房東大哥加了我對象微信一頓介紹，介紹附近商超，房間設施如何使用，特別熱情。我剛開始進屋的時候第一印象是非常温馨，乾淨，門口有鞋墊，脱鞋換拖鞋，那個拖鞋特別軟，有空調，有投影儀，而且他家投影儀是有會員的，房東微信發的，還有化粧鏡呦。洗手間洗衣機洗衣液，潔麪液都有，其他基本洗護用品也齊全，衞生間有充足的空間，給我的感覺特別好，像是在家裡一樣。特別要誇誇房東大哥，最後一晚用了房間的開瓶器，不小心弄壞了，那個東西家裡都有，也知道大概是多少錢，給大哥發了微信，我説給他買一個，大哥説不用，大哥第一反應説的是 ”肯定是這東西質量不好”，並沒有因此向我們要賠償，這就是格局啊！！聽這話就很舒服，東北老闆就是讓人感覺豪爽，這服務態度跟一線城市亞朵沒有區別啊！一分錢一分貨，如果要住民宿的小夥伴就不要把連鎖酒店的標準強加在民宿上！這個民宿的衞生就像自己家裡一樣，乾淨舒適。還有就是這房間有鞋櫃，衣櫃，很大，適合長住呢！希望來吉林玩的小夥伴看到我的評論，對你們有所幫助！期待下次入住體驗。

非常乾淨，服務很好，在景區內！這次延吉之行，選擇恐龍酒店堪稱最明智的決定！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就被滿滿的驚喜包圍——三米高的暴龍模型氣勢十足，卻搭配着工作人員遞來的暖心迎賓米酒，瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊，侏羅紀風情與朝鮮族暖意巧妙交融。 我們預訂的恐龍親子房更是驚艷，床頭夜光化石圖案讓孩子睡前充滿期待，小童專屬馬桶圈還能播放恐龍小知識，智能設備與主題元素無縫銜接，彷彿住進了童話世界。房間寬敞整潔，洗漱用品齊全，床品柔軟舒適，夜晚伴着靜謐氛圍睡得格外香甜，保潔阿姨每日都會細心補充物資，細節處盡顯用心。

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! 我最近入住这家酒店，整体体验令人印象深刻。酒店地理位置极佳，对于需要方便前往长白山火车站的旅客来说十分理想，而且马路对面的公园也为散步放松提供了惬意的去处。然而，最让我难忘的是从入住那一刻起就享受到的超赞服务。酒店员工陈园园绝对是一大亮点。她总是面带微笑、彬彬有礼，并且不遗余力地确保我们住得舒适。从入住开始，她就热情地将我们带到房间，并详细介绍了酒店的所有设施。她的周到远不止于此，还主动添加了我的微信，以便能更及时地响应我们的需求。第二天早晨，她特意提醒我们用早餐，甚至主动提出到房间来带领我们去餐厅。她的细致入微体现在每一个细节中，直到我们在自助餐厅安顿好座位后她才离开。即使在退房后，她的卓越服务仍未停止。她贴心地准备了酒店的纪念礼物送给我们，并一直陪我们等候出租车，确保我们顺利离开。陈园园的服务态度令人由衷赞叹。她的细心、热情和专业为酒店服务树立了高标准。她无疑是同事们的榜样，也是酒店的宝贵财富。这次经历让我更加确信中国的服务水平确实一流，而正因为有像她这样的员工，我一定会再次选择这家酒店，期待在不同季节重返长白山。感谢你们带来如此美好的入住体验！

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy buena. El hotel en sí era fantástico con todos los tratamientos, etc. También hicimos el traje tradicional y experimentamos en el hotel.

The checking in process is not smooth. The receptionist cannot find my booking after 15mins intermittently switching services to other customers and managed found my booking later. Told me it needed 20mins to clean the room up and issued the room cards to us. After 25mins, we went up to the room, and nothing cleaned, including the quilt covers which were not replaced. Meanwhile we found the yellow spots from sweating on the pillow insert which made me feel uncomfortable. It is a hygiene concern to me. So if asked the hotel to get a clean one for me. The hotel has a very high rating. I seriously doubt this is a fake one. As the treat on the swearing spots on pillow insert does not match this hotel stars rating . Anyway, guys if you book this hotel, Please check your pillow insert next time.

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.
