This is the second time we stay in this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpfu as usual, and rooms are confortable. We appreciate the location, as the metro station is downright under the hotel building and there are a lot of small restaurants for breakfast or dinner nearby. Unfortunatelly, because of winter temperature, we could not enjoy the rooftop.

Самый любимай для нас спа отель! Находится в тихом местечке, очень дружелюбный ресепшен, попросили несколько личных просьб и нам не отказали! Благодарим! Всегда очень чисто и удобно. Завтраки очень шикарные, все вкусное и свежее, салаты разные каждый день. В этот раз появилась кофе ☕️ машина, чему мы были безумно рады! В отеле тепло, 👍 единственное, выходя из отеля каждый раз плохо срабатывали браслеты, не открывали номер, приходилось каждый день спускаться с 5го этажа опять на первый и настраивать их, раньше такого не было, в этот раз у нас такое. Если вы не будете выходить из гостиницы в город, у вас такого не будет. Отличная баня и горячие источники, то что нужно зимой. В этот раз попробовали массаж банками и остались очень довольны! Спасибо всем работникам отеля за отличный отдых!

Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Our stay at this hotel was amazing. A lady called Martina from the hotel went above and beyond to help us in any and all situations, and she was always double checking with me if all was okay before she clocked out for the evening. The hotel itself was fantastic with all the treatments etc and we also did the traditional costume and make up experience at the hotel. This was an amazing opportunity, and I would definitely recommend doing if you have the chance

The checking in process is not smooth. The receptionist cannot find my booking after 15mins intermittently switching services to other customers and managed found my booking later. Told me it needed 20mins to clean the room up and issued the room cards to us. After 25mins, we went up to the room, and nothing cleaned, including the quilt covers which were not replaced. Meanwhile we found the yellow spots from sweating on the pillow insert which made me feel uncomfortable. It is a hygiene concern to me. So if asked the hotel to get a clean one for me. The hotel has a very high rating. I seriously doubt this is a fake one. As the treat on the swearing spots on pillow insert does not match this hotel stars rating . Anyway, guys if you book this hotel, Please check your pillow insert next time.

The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.

Nice hotel and great location beside The Hill mall. Also a few malls opposite the road. Bustling at night and convenient. Polite staff and nice service. Bathroom and separate toilet was nice and clean.
