Excelente servicio. Llegamos temprano por la mañana y nos permitieron registrarnos. Cuatro de nosotros usamos la habitación solo unas horas, aunque reservamos una habitación para toda la noche. Estuvimos haciendo turismo la mayor parte del tiempo y dejamos el equipaje en la habitación, pero pudimos descansar un rato antes de hacer el check out.

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.

平涼廣成大酒店體驗短評 崆峒山遊玩時住了這家酒店一晚，整體很適配景區出行。位置超便利，自駕到崆峒山僅10分鐘，不用早起趕路程，省了不少心。 酒店是園林式設計，綠樹環繞着小湖，清晨散步還能看到黑天鵝，空氣清新，爬山歸來在園裡走走，疲勞感立馬緩解。我們住的標間寬敞，床品柔軟，睡眠淺也能睡沉，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水來得快且穩。 餐飲方面，早餐自助種類夠用，晚餐點的本地羊肉泡饃正宗，兩人消費不到150元，性價比不錯。服務也貼心，曾主動幫忙送回遺落的充電器。 小不足是房間電視偏舊、頻道少，且酒店距市區約7公里，想逛市區需打車，但若以崆峒山遊覽為目的，選它很合適。

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

定的酒店套房，一家三口一起休年假過來玩，酒店位置離市區打車10分鐘左右，起步價；環境各方面都好，給升級了早餐，也很豐富。優點就不多説啦。 客觀的評價一下服務吧，進門沒有主動打招呼，酒店的服務還有待提升，三個成年人入住套房衹給準備了兩雙拖鞋，主動打電話前台送上來的；另外離店後接到酒店電話房間內缺少咖啡勺和一個衣架，首先我是出來玩的，自己帶的裝備很是齊全，電水壺都是自己帶的，基本除了一次性用品，不用酒店任何東西。房間的咖啡都還原封不動留下酒店我都沒有用，哪裡用你的咖啡勺，更別提衣架，我入住房間拖鞋不足我主動要的，為什麼不先考慮是自己沒有放或者什麼原因？ 給客人打這種電話，真的影響入住體驗！ 洗衣房自助，有客人洗完未及時處理，我和另一位客人足足等了半小時，打了三個電話，先來了一個大姐説話有點聽不懂，沒有處理，又打電話客房經理過來才給處理，洗衣機操作不熟悉！ 好評吧🙃 希望酒店能提高服務意識！

El hotel es muy agradable para un estancia prolongada. Nuestro estudio suite era espaciosa, bien equipado, tenía una vista estupenda (solo 42), y era muy limpio. Piscina y gimnasio eran excelentes. El personal era muy amable y útil. El desayuno es versátil con platos chinos y internacionales, bien preparados y a un precio muy razonable. La habitación está muy cerca de la ciudad, y la habitación está muy cerca de la ciudad.
