El único problema que tuvimos fue que reservé una habitación para fumadores, pero cuando llegamos, el hombre que nos registró dijo que no era una habitación para fumadores y que no nos pondría en una habitación para fumadores. Hicimos nuestra reserva en este hotel porque sabíamos que tenían habitaciones para fumadores. Bastante decepcionado con esta estancia.

Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.

Very convenient location and excellent service!

La ubicación era perfecta para mis necesidades, a la derecha de los Escudos y I-35 en la Ruta de Servicio. Si necesitas ir NB a I-240, tomar es una gran alternativa para volver a I-35, porque el tráfico en esa zona tiende a botella. La única queja, si tuve que venir con uno, era que el ventilador de escape en el baño no funcionó. Todo en mi perro y tuve una gran estancia. Esta será mi motel cuando necesito volver a la ciudad.

It's a good spot you should be the Ramada everything's the same The only thing is like you got to make sure they clean your room if you're still in it sometimes they skip it and that sucks but if they do skip at least you can trade out your towels and stuff and get new towels and everything it's pretty quiet The beds are comfortable the rooms are good some of them have a little bit of defects with the showers but overall in great shape the hot tub is good but the bubbles don't work which sucks that you used to The pool is small but it's cold so I like that they got breakfast in the morning biscuits and gravy and cereal and pancakes and all that goodness they are weight room they got a big giant courtyard in the middle for if you have animals it's all non-smoking but they're pretty relaxed with **** but cigarettes they're not If you ask for a wake up call you might not get to wake up call so make sure you set the alarm on the bedside table other than that yeah it's a good spot I go there a lot and it's a $50 deposit not $100 and do it with cash because if you do it with a car that takes 10 or longer days to get it back and you might have to jump through some hoops to get it like I did the first time so I learned my lesson

La habitación era perfecta para nosotros. Nos pedimos más cocinas y no teníamos problemas para conseguirlas. Estaba muy contento de que existiera una sala de fumadores. Estaba muy contento porque estoy tan cansado de ir afuera para fumar. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. La piscina también estaba abierta. Es familiar. También veo que están haciendo constantemente mejoras en la propiedad. No es un lugar fantástico. Pero estoy muy contento, y espero que los mantengan realmente con opciones de fumar y @ $50. bucks Por cierto. Hay un restaurante increíble también enfrente. La comida es fantástico que abre @ 6am Prairie Kitchen, creo. En general, nuestra estancia aquí era mejor que pagar un alto precio de dólar en algún lugar más cerca de nuestro evento de concierto.
