Nos alojamos en este hotel una noche principalmente para disfrutar de las instalaciones, como la piscina, la sauna, el baño de vapor y el spa. En primer lugar, quiero agradecer al personal y a la gerencia su amabilidad y disposición. Reservamos por error para la fecha equivocada y amablemente nos ayudaron a cambiar la reserva a un día antes para que pudiéramos alojarnos de inmediato, lo cual agradecimos enormemente. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, y el desayuno ofrecía una buena variedad de opciones. En general, la experiencia tanto en la habitación como en el desayuno fue buena. Sin embargo, la principal decepción fueron las instalaciones de bienestar, que eran la razón principal por la que elegimos este hotel. Al llegar, encontramos algunos problemas de limpieza en el baño, incluyendo manchas en el inodoro, y tuvimos que solicitar una limpieza adicional. La piscina estaba extremadamente fría y prácticamente inutilizable. Nos dijeron que la habían cerrado debido al cambio de temporada, lo cual fue decepcionante, ya que no nos informaron de esto con antelación. La sauna también estaba fría a nuestra llegada, y el personal nos informó que necesitaba unas horas para calentarse, por lo que solo pudimos usarla brevemente. La sala de vapor estaba completamente fuera de servicio debido a problemas técnicos. Al final, solo pudimos usar el baño turco. Si bien el personal fue amable e intentó ayudar, lamentablemente las instalaciones no cumplieron con las expectativas generadas por la publicidad del hotel y la experiencia de reserva. Creo que este hotel tiene potencial, ya que las habitaciones y el servicio al cliente fueron buenos, pero las instalaciones de bienestar necesitan un mejor mantenimiento y una comunicación más clara para los huéspedes.

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

We recently stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, particularly from a staff member named Halil. From the moment I checked in, Halil went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience. It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. Thanks to his dedication and service, I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Thank you again, Halil, and the Hilton DoubleTree team!

Two empty pet şişe and an empty bag of ıslak mendil bulduk. Hemde a TV komanda. Also the light at the front door was burned out, and the emiş ventilatör in the bathroom did not work. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.

Location is very good at the centre. Room is huge. The only problem is the room is too hot. I read the previous that they could not do anything with the temp control and you can only open the window. Since my room is facing the main street, when the window is open it will be very noisy. The room wall is very thin. If your neighbour's room is someone who is talking loudly, you definitely can hear all the conversation. Room end with 02 will be facing the main street. The check in is located on the 1st floor.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Elite world nest . The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and we were very satisfied with the service. Everything was organized, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Staffs are friendly and attentive I arrived at the accommodation and went to see the van-cat, they guided me directly, and when I asked about the bus to Doubeyajit, they helped me as if it were their own business I was very satisfied with the cleaning condition and facilities. Thanks to them, I had a very good impression of Van I highly recommend it to anyone
